The Bellavista Hotel  

I would like to start to say that I felt very safe staying at this hotel with the security that was provided with my first visit to this country.The Securith Staff made my stay here very pleasant and comfortable. The staff went way out of there way to make you feel welcomed in there country.This hotel was very helpful even for the people that were visiting here on a budget and was still able to enjoy there visit to this country.I have had conversation with other visitors that were staying at this hotel and never once heard a negative comment about there stay at the Bellivista Hotel.The food was excellent and the service was great.My next visit will be here at this hotel.

I did a lot of research on this hotel and found all the negative comments not to be true.If only the people took the time to learn more about this country they would not had posted such negative reply to this hotel.They worked very hard to make my stay here and I will visit this hotel again in the future.

Location was good and rooms were bright and mostly clean. though lots of cockroaches in bathroom area.

Some staff were friendly and smiling, others were not. In particular, most kitchen staff were not always very accommodating and rarely smiled. Though not all were like this, but the unfriendlies made it tough for the friendly staff to be appreciated.

Very good breakfast buffet. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop pool / bar. The hotel is in a good location near the airport and city.

The rooms were too dimly lit. The surrounding area is quite run down and didn't feel totally safe walking around near the hotel.

Hotel is close to the Airport and Staff is friendly and helpful,plus Room rate includes a Breakfast Buffet and Hotel offer a Airport Shuttle Roundtrip! new Showers in Guest Rooms

same Breakfast every Day, cleanliness, this Hotel tend to be more a Motel, old Furniture in Rooms worn out, not replacing broken items on time

they didnt accept booking price they did asking for cash when I came and the " Price " was much higher..

If you want a reasonable value, clean hotel near the airport then I recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. A double bed was supplied after I had sent an email requesting this change.

Air conditioning can be too cold and being asked to pay to eat some takeway food by the pool. Rooms were a little small with no view.

Complementary buffet breakfast was decent.

I will never again stay in a hotel that does not have wifi access in my room. Bellavista only has wifi available in the lobby.

no wi fi in rooms , no double bed in room i booked a double room , served a starter at end of meal .

Spacious public areas, friendly and helpful staff, with close location to airport and useful shuttle service to the same

Located on an extremely busy dual carriage way in a mixed urban residential/business area with limited shop/restaraunt facilities in walking distance. Rooms themselves are clean but tired, with a need for redecoration and replacement of bathroom.

Trascorso la notte in attesa del volo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Comodo per l'aeroporto.

выбрали данную гостиницу только в качестве перевалочной базы на 10 часов. прилетели ночью, на след утро улетали на борракай. отель удобно расположен , недалеко от аэропорта.

на завтраке я так и не нашла что нибудь вкусное, за исключением арбуза :-)

Assez bruyant..Mais conforme aux us et coutumes des Philippines..

нормальный чистый номер. большой жк-телевизор с "основными" кабельными каналами. встретили в аэропорт и отвезли в него же, как обещают на сайте - бесплатно. и вовремя.

в отличие от описания на этом сайте, сначала поселили в номер со старым элт-телевизором. (после моей просьбы поменять номер на "с жк" - недовольно поменяли.) Wi-fi - только в общественных зонах. несолидно для отеля такого уровня. за первый завтрак (завтраки были включены в стоимость) взяли дополнительно 149п. за "третьего" человека (5-летняя дочь, которая съела ровно 3 дольки арбуза) - крайне неприятный момент (первый раз встречаю отель с таким additional charge для маленького ребенка)! (остальные завтраки дочь ела в номере "не отельную" еду.) фитнесс-комната - платная!!! (неважно, сколько стоило одно занятие. опять же первый раз встречаю отель с платным сервисом "фитнесс"!) персонал на ресепшене - крайне неприветливый - из серии "Fedor, мы хотим вас "нагреть", а вы сопротивляетесь. нам это не нравиться. надо спокойно принимать наши условия "нагрева"!" (модераторам booking.com - просьба от моего имени поставить этому отелю оценку 5 из 10, не больше)

早朝の出発にもかかわらず、お弁当を用意してくれた。屋上プールからの夕焼けと海の眺めが良かった。

部屋に蚊がいた。レストランが暗い。

The front desk girls were really sexy and cute. The gym is nice.

Old place. Staff was rude and acted like it was a chore to help you, especially at the cafe. Rooms are very old. Room 402 right by the street and very noisy. The website says it has a gym however it's doesn't say that you have to pay for a minimum of 2 hours unless you get one of their supposed luxury rooms. (100 pesos for 2hours) food at the cafe is under par. No wifi in room unless u pay for it. Only wifi available is in lobby. This place is a joke especially for the money.

Хороший ресторан при отеле,если бы знали раньше про него,то не поехали бы в Аялу. Бассейн на крыше отеля,видно оба моста Себу. Стоят столики,можно поужинать на свежем воздухе. Бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт. Рядом с отелем имеется обменник,курс лучше,чем в самом отеле. Самый высокий курс был в обменнике Ayala Center Cebu.

Единственный минус,что wi-fi был только в лобби.
