The facilities and front-line service. Pool, although relatively small, looks amazing. View from the room's veranda (those facing the beach) is awesome, especially at dawn. Overall, great experience.
Food needs a lot of improvement in terms of taste and value for money. Bathroom sink also has stains.
Beautiful and romantic place.
the facility, its awesome, like staying in a 5 star hotel in Las Vegas.
I was not able to enjoy the beach, like swimming, because of the "tozom" that's what they said. It was my main purpose.
location was great friendly and helpful staff
1/ food was outrageously expensive, you could easily spend 5-10000 pesos per meal and no where else to buy close 2/ the road to hotel very poor condition dirt road, not good image for a 5 star hotel 3/ bathroom mouldy 4/ had to get floor cleaned on arrival and the the kettle was faulty
Great service Good location
The beach was dirty. They should have informed us that January wasn't a good time since the seasonal winds bring with it dried seaweed and trash to the shores. We never got to swim at the beach during our stay. It's unfortunate since we were really looking forward to this trip and got so excited when we saw pictures of the resort. My wife and I ended up feeling short changed with our anniversary celebration.
Room is big and clean plus comfy beds and pillows. Staff are kind and professionals.
The Beach water is not swimmable; Food/Drinks are expensive.
good facilities, nice ambience, helping staff
unstable wifi connection in room beach always windy
Rooms are big and beds comfortable to sleep on. Resort is a nice place to stay when in Bohol.
Food was ok. More varieties
A little bit too pricey.
cozy room, nice bathroom, very nice bed, clean hallway, playroom is great for kids and young at heart, gym, and other facilities... great pool
they are fixing the pool's light when guest are swimming. Even though its only 12v but it still involves electricity... not safe for the guest.
staff were friendly. Pool was nice and kept clean. Room was nice and bed was big and comfortable, also nice view outside area was clean
room service was very poor. one day no milk for muesli. Next day no towels I had to call for breakfast menu card every day, so I could order my breakfast in my room. Did not get bread that was ordered Also omelette was small compared to previous day
Nice building, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, wonderful staff and nice quiet location.
Beach was terrible. Too much seaweed and coral to enjoy. Sports activities were way too expensive. We booked our own snorkeling trip and saved over p5000. The jetski price was more than it costs in the USA. They don't have cat tracks to move the Hobie cat over the sand so I couldn't rent the Hobie because of low tide.
We heard a loud knock from the Housekeeping who gave us the set of toothbrush.
1. very noisy room due to the non-stop air-compressor of diver shop right next to the hotel. 2. Inconvenient location: far away from "downtown" beach where most restaurants and divers' shops locate. ( 20 minutes drive for one way trip, transportation fee from 300-600 peso for a round trip) 3. Excessive hotel charge for food and transportation. 4. Very slow response to clients' requests, such as transportation ordering, change of dirty sheets, etc.
The hotel is beautiful, amazing view.
The hotel's restaurant princes were overcharge. Was 5 times more that a normal restaurant at the island. And personally, wasn't worth it, so we went to another restaurant at Alona beach.
The hotel has potential but it can obviously do a whole lot better. Many prefer to stay in this hotel bec it seems it is the best that you can find in the area. That's about it.
Unreasonable prices of food, land transfer and transport services. It's not worth the money and the time you alloted. I suggest you stay somewhere else if you are travelling to Bohol...that is IF there is a better place. Really disappointing.
I like that the hotel offered Sunday Mass, which was great. The buffets were good. I love the Infiniti pool and beach. The view was gorgeous. The staff know how to pamper the guests but the service was a bit slow.
The service at times was a bit slow.
he view of the room given to us, the amenities
The coconuts are very expensive.
Staff were wonderful and could not do enough for you
Very expensive for what you get. No entertainment for residents at all and I don't class pool table as entertainment. Bottle of wine a rip off, same bottle £2.70 asda
The employees services especially the beach maintenace
rates of the food were too expensive. I know they jacked up the price because it was peak season. the play room was closed for 2 nights. Food we ordered were 80% unavailable. the price of food is different when you order via room service. like 200 or 300pesos more expensive. totally not worth going back.
Courteous staff, good facilities, relaxing ambience.
No free shuttle from pier if not directly book through the hotel, no courtesy shuttle to Tagbilaran City.
