I like the place for it is located at pasay area convenient location. Nearest food and restaurant as you have a lot of options where to go.

maybe in terms of staffs in a way of processing billing concerns. They are not just fast or in hurry you have to wait and it will take your time if you're in hurry of your flight.

Room was nice size. Breakfast buffet was good and restaurant staff good.

300P for 24 hours of wi-fi is ridiculous after paying $100+ a night. Mini bar items should be priced inclusive of vat and mini bar service charge as I got stung for all these extra charges at check out that I wasnt expecting. Door staff and reception not welcoming. Check out too slow.

Got it at a good rate. Check -in lobby staff was very helpful

Some sections in room showed wear and needed repair or rplacement

I like thoer buffet breakfast because a lot of choices of different food.

Last april, i stayed in this hotel, in my room i have a damage toilet, its very hard to flush it.

The staff tried to rip me off by charging 15000+ even if I already paid through booking.com.. There shouldnemt be any confusion as I did print a receipt payment from the online booking..

Location is centralized Very safe Excellent staff: gate, reception tel operator to the riviera rest. Value for money

Cocroach was found in the bed, edges of the door are rusty and skirtings are rotten, bath tub is with stains, bathroom floor not as clean and shiny needs more scrubbing, carpets are dirt stains need shampooing. Compared to international standard of millenium hotel like those in Dubai, new zealand ( rotorua) Manila is substandard.

staff were all friendly,makes you feel like a king and queen.security maybe a bit more?

hygiene,underneath our sink were patches of dark stain,pls. do something.all else wre excellent to good not lower.

they over charged me 40 dollars a nite in taxes and fees' the floor i was on smelled like piss. the people at check in counter was rude.

booked with booking.com in advanced but upon arrival there is no available room, they were offering us a room not same as we haved requested at the same cost, i need to raise my voice then only they will arrange a room as we have requested. you have to deposit 3K for them to open the fridge in your room, compared to other hotel which does not ask one

Great area, close to mall of Asia and edsa entertainment complex. Good breakfast buffet.

The buffet breakfast also has a Japanese selection and the hotel is relatively close to the Manila airport.

The facilities were old and not well-maintained; my partner's asthma was triggered by the carpet dust inside the hotel room. The place is frequented by foreign men with local female escorts so it is not exactly family-friendly or a comfortable place to stay for a couple on holidays. The surrounding area is not very safe, too. Given these circumstances, the hotel rate was too expensive and it would have allowed us to stay in a better hotel (such as those in Ortigas or Makati).

Staff were really friendly and helpful as you would expect from any reasonable hotel in Asia.

I'm not sure how this hotel was rated a 5 ***** but it defenetly needs to be looked at carefully in my opinion it is rated 4 star I have moved onto the Sofitel in Manila so I will judge this later.

It is close to the airport, and quiet inside.

I had a hard time w/ my check in it took so long but he was nice enough to let me use d computer to print my confirmation. My word of mouth did not suffice my check in.They had to see in paper that I had book the nite b-4.

Do not book this hotel. This is the worst 5 star hotel that I've ever stayed so far in my life. For a hotel who has over 15 years old, the floor smells weird and not clean. The wall is thinner than paper. You can hear your room next door watching TV clearly without turning on your TV. They assumed us Asian all able to read Japanese when we checked in a room with a full japanese hotel guide list. The toilet is blocked and won't flush properly. And the hot water in bathroom is almost like your body temperature. All the facilities are just too old. We have to request a room change. Oh by the way, the hotel is located 5 mins without traffic 20 mins with traffic jam away from manila domestic airport, and booking a hotel van to pick us up cost us 1900PHP. You can book at least 5 taxis!!! And they outsourced their car rental service therefore one of the driver almost took advantage of me as the distance only cost me 110php while he suggested at least 450php. The hotel said they are sorry. They always said they are sorry. But on their faces, you can tell they are not sorry. This is a 5 star hotel and you feel like you were living in some hostel.

The staff are accommodating and with a smile...I Have requested for late check out and it was immediately approved without any problems...The kids love the pool...The location is excellent. It is very near the mall and Church...

The mini bar was closed and needs to have a deposit...Wi-fi is not free.. Buffet Breakfast Menu was almost the same for the 2 days we have breakfast...Kids should eat free as the other hotels...

I stayed one night at this hotel before going to Boracay... I did mention that im on honeymoon on the request column... But they did not reserved a room that have one big bed for me.... Instead they give a room with two small bed, telling me, its d only room available...

Knowledge on manila for most staff...
