The suite was large but in need of refurbishment. Furniture worn out and dirty. Bathrooms were old and not very clean. Generally rather dark and gloomy.

Really amazing hotel, it feels like home! I like the huge room with lots of space for my active baby to move around. Friendly hotel and fast staff services. I like the fact that I can entertain guest inside our suite 'coz of its huge living room and you can have lots of privacy. Another plus factor is the kitchen wherein you can cook healthy meals. Another big factor is the safe location and close to everything.

We stayed there for five nights. The hotel has very good facilities... We enjoyed the spacious living area. We will surely stay at Linden Suite next time... We requested for a non-smoking room and we were given what we requested for. Great service by the front office staff! Maybe they should consider giving some perks to frequent visitors... a discount or token maybe! The place is highly recommended to our friends and relatives. Linden Suite can still improve on the elevator going down to the parking/basement area. It was too slow. The Parking area was not driver-friendly... the road was too narrow and you have to travel around the block to get back to the lobby to pick up your companions. The traffic around the area was indeed disappointing!

Near some commercial establishments but not a good walk especially when it rains. -We were asked for a "voucher." When we showed the actual email confirmation from our smart phone, they did not accept it and told us to go to the Business Center to print it out. Not good if you've arrived tired. -The "untrusting" metal detectors and daily bag inspections at the entrance. -They asked how we would like to guarantee our stay, we said, "by credit card." They blocked the amount on our card AND THEN told us that we also needed to pay IN CASH equivalent to two nights' stay. They claim it is a "deposit" for any incidentals that you might incur during your stay....wasn't that what the credit card guarantee was for? This deposit they required us to pay in addition to the credit card blocking clearly relays the impression that the hotel DOES NOT TRUST their guests! -Room was very old, which they camouflaged by very dim lighting; very grimy bathroom with lots of mold and water stains. Bathroom towels were not replaced as they claimed, they're just re-folded. We followed the instructions on the card hanging in the bathroom, but the tell-tale signs that we have already used the towels are still there. -For the same rate, some (even smaller) hotels would have provided free breakfast and free wifi in the room. Not this hotel! They will even charge you for internet connection at the lobby! -They hounded us RELENTLESSLY -- by calling us up in our room or before an incoming phone call is connected -- to PAY for each night's stay! So much for having our credit card blocked! -From how we were treated as "guests" it is obvious that they were not concerned with ensuring a comfortable stay. All they wanted was OUR MONEY.

Staff are a great asset - they address you by name, security wont hesitate to call a taxi for you and then even write taxi details in their book for your own safety. Great location - right next to a mini stop and 7/11, across from mega mall, 10 mins to greenhills. Loved it and wouldnt hesitate to go back! Thank you!! Some people didnt like the security at the front door? As a tourist from australia, this made the entire hotel feel safe 24/7. no complaints!

We had a two room suite and it had loads of space. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good, walking distance from a number of Malls etc but the road outside is very busy and not the easiest to cross. I would recommend it as I've stayed in out hotels locally but this was the best for us.

The best one bedroom suites in Ortigas This is my preferred hotel in the pasig area . The holiday inn is old and desperately needs a refurb . Discovery suited looks nice but makes me sneeze . Rixhmonde is nice and clean but tiny rooms . only neg about linden is restaurant and breakfast is terrible , lucky if you can get some cold scrambled eggs . But room is great and I don't bother with breakfast anyway

The one-bedroom suite was very spacious, clean, and attractive. The indoor pool looed good (but I didnt use it) The suite claims to have a "fully equipped kitchen"! Well, the suite I stayed in had a micro wave and an electric cooker - but not 1 pot, pan, or any cooking utensils. When I asked room service about this, I was told such items are available for hire, 70peso/item (and per day?) - so much for the "fully equipped kitchen"! We also asked for 2 extra teabags for breakfast, and were proposed to pay 110peso for them - 55peso/teabag! These two items spoilt an otherwise nice place, and the company management might like to consider their approach to such matters. The aircon in the bedroom was very noisy, but didnt seem to cool very much.

Staff was easy to work with. Quick with fixing problems and many options for food/shopping close by. Had to rent cooking pan, rice cooker, frying pan. Inexpensive, but I think they should come with a room that has a kitchen. Ocean park/sight seeing was distance away from hotel, approx 45 to hour and a half with traffic.

I liked the indoor pool and the structural design of the suites. I also like the convenience to restaurants and food with 24-hour convenience store. The air con in one of the rooms is not working and we had to stay in that room until the next morning. The Engineering dept attempted to fix the AC problem but failed, so we had to be moved to another room. I had to stay in the suite and cancel my schedule for that day to monitor the repair of the AC. The bath tub in the master's bedroom is not designed well enough to catch the water during our shower. The water was spiling out of the side of the tub and floods the floor, which is a safety issue for the guests. The drain in one of the rooms in 411 was clogged and I had to call for repair and the drain in the tub in the next room we transferred to was also clogged. All of these could be prevented if there is periodic maintenance done. The iternet access was not fast enough and weak, I was not able to open the site that I needed for work which was why I requested for internet service. Getting down to the basement for parking is like a maze..confusing to find our way down the parking.
