staff is very friendly, helpful, courteous, alert to one's needs.

food was bad on past visits. improvement shown with hiring of thai cook.

1-Nice quiet safe environment 2-spacious clean inside the bungalow rooms 3-plenty of fresh air with beautiful flowers ; trees ; lake with rowing activities 4-near the sea with sea-food restaurants-( but expensive ) 5-very friendly and happy staff

1-Gardener sweeping the fallen flowers in the gardens too early at 4 A.M.!!! --- noise will disturb sleep----- suggest start from 6 am at earliest 2-the too - oily/ salty fried bee- hoon I had for dinner on 25/4 made me sick --- I vomited soon after back in my room ! 3-hot water heater not working well -- no warm water !! Hair dryers must be available -- for hire at least - for guests to dry their hair after each hair wash in a hot climate ! 4-no local tour organised by hotel / other tour agency for tourists to buy ---local friends may not know all the better places to visit / eat 5-Rooms 215 to 218 have no garden table with chairs for guests to come together for chit-chats / have beer/ tea coffee under the sky in beautiful garden and trees

The hotel is close to beach but also had swimming pool. Surroundings was nice with trees plants large pond.

I like their buffet breakfast, their nice pool and their close proximity to Baybay Beach.

Their smelly lagoon. Something should be done as it will get worse in time.

I like the place, walking distance to the beach and also convenience to the "DAMPA" means restaurant. Also you have a bowling I enjoy bowling with my cousins and my niece.

The hotel staff are very accommodating; location is perfect for somebody who had not been back home for twenty four years; close to the beach and restaurants; hopefully will be back in the near future. Thank you.

Location .. near the airport , city proper & most of all across the beach ! very convenient and near baybay eatery .. seafood. Also it is the best hotel in the area.. Resort hotel. the lagoon provides nature landscape.

Breakfast is not good. Food service is vey slow....

Prachtig uitzicht over het meer

De bediening in het restaurant was tegengevallen, ze zijn vriendelijk tegen degene die betaalt maar zeer boertig tegenover de rest en volgende keer meer prioriteit tegenover de Filipina aan tafel. Ik had de indruk het personeel was een beetje omhooggevallen.

very quiet place, best for relaxation

As far as to its location,it's excellent 'coz the beach is just across it.and few steps away to the "dampa restos" where seafoods will be cook after you choose).there are also barbecued meat as well as chicken inasal,chicken liver,gizzard and ass w We enjoyed the food,though on our 1st day,my husband had stomach trouble 'coz one of the shellfish wasn't properly cook maybe, Tip: make sure before eating any,check it out,'coz what they display when you enter their eatery are half cook then after you order that's the time they're going to cook it again.

Their bathroom had so many black ants particularly in the lavatory.i was even more disgusted when I was having a home service massage and I felt something crawling on my forehead then to my right eye, it's a black ant , There's also 2 mosquitos inside the room,maybe the housekeeping did'nt close the door while cleaning up.Likewise,the room beside us were so annoying 'coz we're about to sleep and we could hear them talking as well as the tv's volume so loud. Then I specified I dont prefer room near the smoking area but when I was to go out of our room 215 there's a man sitting and smoking in there,so immediately I close the door.
