Worst stay in a so called 5 start hotel. I have stayed in PC Lahore and Bhurban as well and that compelled me to book it for my Karachi trip as well but it was a disappointment. Hotel need major renovation. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking one so I had to change but this new one was even smellier. Bathroom was very small and needed maintenance as almost everything metal in there had some rust on it and the wooden mirror frame in bathroom was water damaged in the bottom. TV remote was disgustingly dirty and room service that I called was late and not 5 star at all. Over all I am not going there again unless its renovated. Booked Marriott on my next trip.

Nothing special to mention. room cleaning was poor.dirty washroom.charged extra for the table lying in the room saying that this will go to management. First time I heard like this.indifferent attitude of the staff. Very unprofessional approach.

Good leisure and spa facilities also. Only one small point was the chain on my door was broken. I asked on four occasions to have it fixed but this was only done on the second day after my fifth request.

While I was staying after talking to front desk rep and managed to take the green signal to extend my stay - I was surprised their manager was not believing me and he make me check out without my willing. And he was not cooperative at all. Only one person was cooperative - their reservation asst Manager mr. Omar.

good price in reputed hotels chain, location is also good. i waited approx 2 hours to get check in, i checked in at 2 pm, however, actual hotel check in time was 12 pm. also waited approx an hour to check out because cashier was not there at counter. both things made me little uncomfortable, rest was ok.
