    Consistently friendly staff, even those who work the front desk leaves something to be desired. The food is good. Location is very good, it feels good.

    It takes a long time to get the food after ordering, was at all times. It is not acceptable that the water flows along the walls inside the hotel each time it rains at several places. The hotel is worn, there is ongoing construction work late in the evenings with machines that make noise much. I have stayed in hotels with three stars that are much better. I will not stay at the Pearl at the next stay in Lahore. The reception staff are a bit too cocky attitude, they should remember who pays their salary ...

    The magnificent style of the building has been well looked after. Staff were very polite. My room was very spacious.

    Lifts could be a bit slow but certainly not a major issue as one could always enjoy the view!

    -Room was good -Room service was always good. -Room was always cleaned Food was good most of the times only few times I observed not fresh.

    Your staff at front desk, specially cashiers. I was bit unhappy at check-in and particularly at check out time. While checking out, the Cashier was so arrogant and not helping at all. He has no etiquettes of dealing and facing the customers.I was really disappointed. They definitely need training. Staff serving the breakfast behaved weirdly sometimes. No of times I was given a table that was not cleaned and without any tissue or Napkins. Last month I stayed at Marriot for 2 weeks and I paid approximately same room rent They need improvement in some areas but I would say they are far better than PC in every aspect. I am a frequent traveller and has travelled in EU, Middle east, Asia and my above comments are based on my experience. I hope they will help you to improve the quality of your service Thanks

    the over all ambience , and over all service was good. Food and the leniency of the staff to let my parents share the room with me... thumbs up and thanks again.

    the quality of service at the front desk, too much hassle. i can understand if i walk in from the street and ask for a room it takes time, but if i booked the room online and arrived right on time it should take less time.

    location in city centre. inside hotel have 6 restaurants with different food for choice, it was very good for business trip

    it was not change the coverlet everyday even you live for whole week.

    I liked the location, pool, and the live music was great.

    I didn't like the pillows. They were the worst that I have ever slept on. The ironing board was really bad. The value for my money was very bad because I requested another pillow and an extra pillow and no one brought me one. I did not know how long my stay was going to to be. Everyday they kept calling me asking "are you checking out" this was very annoying.

    Hotel and it's surroundings

    The service after checking out - poor management - very rude and inconsiderate- mr Amjad was very rude towards my mother after check out just because the president mr nawaz sharif was in attendance- I spoke to the chief army officers and arranged for my car to pick up my mum- and leave the hotel safely before any further dramas - mr Amjad need to learn some manners when speaking to client / customers/ Salam and thank you

    Room attendants and wait staff were friendly. After our hotel car issues, when we finally spoke with management, they were responsive.

    Hotel car arrangements did not work. We waited for one hour and forty minutes and they did not turn up to pick us up. Reception was unresponsive.

    Location, Ambience, Staff Well Dressed and very courteous. Food is good .

    1. Why force a foreign Guest to buy a so called 12 year old whiskey named from Murree and is no less than a diluted acid. When I objected i paid Rs.1000.00 plus Rs.200.00 to Return the bottle from which the peg poured was got thrown into the sink. 2. Why in the Bar smoking is allowed and there is no sign outside the Bar saying "Smoking Allowed" 3. Give proper dignity to the guest to Drink. How come a Guest cannot order a drink in His room of his. Choice, but Forced to buy a drink as mentioned in para 1. And told No Bill , no signing , but Cash. How come? Something's fishy somewhere. 4. A very negative point for encouraging Tourism to your Country. 5. Parking haphazard.

    The view from the room. The elevators were nice. The over all look of the hotel from the inside was very good.

    Very expensive compared to other same quality hotel such as Avari. The room had an old CRT Tv and reception was not that clear either, for such a price the room should have had LED or LCD tv. The room did not have converters to accommodate different plugs of cell chargers or laptops.

    Location was good, pick up / drop from / to airport was good, food was nice.

    Service was horrible, overpriced as compared to local guests and terrible guest relations.

    room service, check in/out delays, over crowded lobby due to several marriage ceremonies taking place every day, parking, staff meant for room service, rented cars etc. always expecting tips or monetary rewards
