Though there was poor communication with the hotel staff due to their not speaking English, they made it up by being particularly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this "mini-hotel". |

The friendliness of the staff was great, they were very helpfull, breakfast was good, easy to take the bus to downtown gdansk, close to supermarket and atm, nice backyard with pooltable. They didn't clean the room they just gave us fresch towels every day and made our beds, and the towels hade holes in them. We had to ask to get toiletpaper, there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom, often the computors didn't work. But the funniest/weirdest thing was that the maid ate our candy that we had left in our room, she ate like half our box of chocolates. |

Staff were very helpful. The internet access and outdoor resting areas were greatly appreciated. Some staff had difficulty speaking either English or German - but I guess my Polish is also very poor! We were able to communicate with most staff however. |

Very good breakfast. Very nice people. Hotel very close to city centre (10 minutes by bus; if you go by taxi you will pay less than EUR 4) and to supermarkets. The beds were not confortable. The room was not in good state, needs to be renovated. |

Breakfast. Very bad value for money. It was too far from the center. They didn¨d clean our room at all (we stayed 3 nights). They didn't change our towels either. The hotel was noisy. |

Miellyttävä ja palveluhaluinen henkilökunta. Kaikki mitä halusi toteutui erinomaisesti, samoin ohjaus ja neuvonta kaupungin palvelujen ja paikkojen suhteen. Kulkuyhteydet kaupunkiin hyvät (myöskin julkiset). Hotelli ok- huoneissa kuvatut(sivustoilla) mukavuudet eivät kuitenkaan kuuluneet huoneeseen, vaan ne olivat julkisissa tiloissa. Ei vaikuttanut oleskeluun, mutta mainonnassa miinusta.. |

Sijainniltaan ihan ok, bussiyhteydet tosi hyvät keskustaan. Omistajanainen todella mukava ja avulias. Hotelllin nuhjuinen olemus yllätti. Huoneet olivat Etelä-Euroopan "apartmentos"-tasoa, eivät siis todellakaan hotelli-tasoa. Käytäville oli varattu tupakointipaikkoja, mikä ei vollut mukavaa kun savu tunkeutui huoneeseen koko ajan. |
