Location & helpfulness of the staff---all questions were answered and they were very good with English.

There was some dirt on the switch plates.

The room were nice and comfortable. The 3rd bed on our triple room was a sofa-bed but for us was fine. The toilet was big. Breakfast was a little poor but served directly in the room and for the price was quite ok!

We arrived at the Abella on Thursday 8th March 2012 for a week, the staff are wonderful and cheerful and really helpful, they helped us out alot by organising tours, Auschwitz, Salt Mines, Communism Tour of Nowa Huta(Highly Reccomended) and organising Airport transfers, another good thing is that i needed a tailoress when i was there and this would of been difficult as we didnt speak Polish and the staff helped us out by finding one just down the road. We had the four people apartment and it was very clean and very spacious as it was just for the two of us, where it is situated on Dluga Street it is only a five minute walk to the market square. Overall as i have been to Krakow twice now, the Abella gets a full thumbs up from me and if i went across again i would definitely be staying there.

I reached the hotel through the internet, which is always a bit risky. We were surprised for the better first by the lovely receptionist, spacious comfortable rooms, lovely non presumptuous bathroom. The location is wonderful and within walking distance to any of the interesting sites, I warmly recommend Abella Guest rooms to everyone. The price is fair. Only comment is on the breakfast which could be a bit more attractive.

The hotel was comfortable and the location is good. It was an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to Stare Miasto and an equal distance to the rail station. I liked the seperate shower and toilet and the living room area. My only complaints would be the lack of english channels on the tv and the unavailability of ice. Other than that, the hotel is a great value for the money. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the front desk manager. She was very accomodating and sincere and she seemed eager to ensure that we had a great stay. I would definately stay at this hotel on my next visit to Kravow and recommend this hotel to others.

The girls were so helpful to us and always very friendly. The room had a great balcony and was ideally suited just 15mins from the main square where all the activity takes place.

Breakfast could have included some hot items. Other than that it was a fine breakfast delivered to our room every room at a time of our choice

reception staff most helpful and friendly, breakfast was served in room which came as a little suprise, sufficient value for the rate we paid for room, good location but need to be early riser as we had apartment on the front and trams started really early in the morning! Very basic, but for what we paid good value.

The staff were wonderful! I found the location a plus, only 10 min walk to the market square. The breakfast was a good European breakfast. However, if like me, you prefer capachino and pastries-there is a very good bakery right next door. I took several tours through the hotel, and they also set up taxi service both to and from the airport- All in all, a great time! My thanks to the staff!

Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Ligger ikke langt væk fra Rynek Glowny. Morgenmaden var god, men lidt sparsom med smør.

Virker gammelt, mørkt og ikke særligt imødekommende. For det halve af prisen har vi boet I Warszawa I en top moderne apartament.

Останавливался в отеле с 11 по 13 мая. У отеля хорошая цена и при этом он расположен не очень далеко от центра (можно дойти минут за 10). Приветливый персонал, старающийся помочь во всех вопросах. Организовали мне экскурсию в Величку и трансфер в аэропорт (я вылетал в 6 утра). В номере чисто, есть чай, кофе.

Завтраки. У отеля нет своей кухни и завтрак приносят в номер. Он состоит из маленькой баночки паштета, кусочка плавленного сыра, джема, масла, хлеба, круассана, йогурта и пакетика сока. В ванной по полу бегают какие-то насекомые, немного, но все-таки. Во время моего пребывания температура была не очень высокая, но в номере нет кондиционера и как там находится летом во время жары сказать не могу.
