Das Hotel lag zentral. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof waren ruhig, zur Straße eher nicht.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ermöglicht es, Krakau stressfrei und fußläufig zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind groß und haben baulich einen alten KuK-Charme. Die Möbel sind modern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wie überhaupt die Menschen in der Stadt.

Es fehlt ein Frühstücksraum, der ein qualitativ besseres Frühstück erst möglich machen könnte.

Great location with walking distances to city center and restaurants for dinner. Great staff who were quick to help with organizing trips, transfers and if anything was wrong, dealt with quickly. Rooms were large, plenty of space and breakfast was European, so you could pack most of it up for lunch on your day trips out. Would recommend it and would stay there again.

Very helpfull staff!!! They fixed everthig we knew we needed help with, and then some more! Big, spacious, clean rooms and great location!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it had an family-like atmosphere of an B&B. Very big rooms. Convenient location near town square. Hint - perfect location if you're shopping for a wedding dress as loads of bridal salons on the same street! :)

It's gets noisy from the street plus you can hear other guest walking in and out as it's an old building where the noise really carries around. The deco is quite outdated and bit tired. Feels more like being in someone's flat rather than hotel. No wi-fi and reception hours are only 8am - 8pm.

- The personnel was very friendly and helpful (arranging taxi and excurscions). - The appartment was large an clean. - The breakfast was brought to your room and was more than enough. - The appartment is close to the city centre / market place (10 minutes walking distance).

- The appartment was a little bit noisy, because the walls/floors are not well isolated.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It took us only around 10 mins to walk to the main square.

The furnishings were dated

The staff were wonderful! I found the location a plus, only 10 min walk to the market square. The breakfast was a good European breakfast. However, if like me, you prefer capachino and pastries-there is a very good bakery right next door. I took several tours through the hotel, and they also set up taxi service both to and from the airport- All in all, a great time! My thanks to the staff!

The friendliness of he staff was remarkable. Could not do enough for you. Very helpful.very cental and very reasonably priced.

I' ve stayed there on number of occasions and can't say it's better each time. This timse stayed in two rooms apartment which requires few cleaning/maintenance jobs from loose main door lock, missing light bulbs, dirty walls and sticky cupboards/mugs. Overall not sure if want to stay there again...

Het was een zeer leuke en mooie hotelkamer. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de kamer was altijd mooi in orde. Zeer proper!
