Huge two bedroom apartment up two flights was quiet and well equipped. Friendly, helpful staff! It was not as near the square as we expected and it takes good eyes to spot the registration. |

This is low-cost but smart accommodation, nicely furnished and with modern bathrooms. It is not a hotel as such - reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and there is no breakfast room but breakfast is delivered to the bedrooms and receptionists are very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a nearby restaurant which served excellent local dishes at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend these guest rooms. There are trams just down the street that take you to the Wawel Castle and to the Jewish Quarter and it is only a ten minute walk to the railway station and about the same to the Main Square. Just the fact that the lighting in the rooms is really dim. I had a lovely room but the light was not bright enough to read by. |

Comfort Room is clean and offers a lot of space. The receptionist was very helpfull with finding a good & cheap car rental. Getting a good (continental) breakfast is easy with a fine (coffee serving) bakery next door and the city centre on walking distance. Sleeping with the windows opened is not an option if you are not used to city noises. (With the windows closed this is not an issue). |

We appreciated cleanliness, staff availibility and welcome, comfortable bedroom and bathroom, good location (near the main central station and the main square with the main tourist attractions, but a little bit far from kazimierz). A little bit noisy during the night if your window was open. |

The guest house is only a 10-15 min. walk from the train station & easy to find. I definitely had misgivings as we walked down the street, as it was a dirty, busy street. The Abella Guest House was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are beautiful & spacious, unlike many European hotels. Even the bathroom was large. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., much earlier than our ETA, but we waited only 20 mins. |

The girl on receiption was very helpful on giving us advice on trips, the room was very tidy and was cleaned daily and the bathroom was ace, will be staying their again. |

The reception staff were very courteous/helpful. The appartment was clean and for a city break had all you needed. It was approximatley a 15 minute walk to the central train station and 10 minutes to main square. Plenty of bakeries nearby which were open at 7am, handy for breakfast. We spent 2 nights at the Abella and for the price it was better than i had expected I would stay here again. |

The central location and the helpfulness of the start. The rooms were impressive and extremely good value for money I think you should invest in some English language channels for the television and change the towels daily not every 2 days |
