Actica Apart  

New, modern apartment, had all the facilities you would want (dishwasher, washing machine, satellite tv, dvd, WiFi, plenty of hot water, etc.). Very good location close to old town square and shopping centers. Good grocery store (Carrefours) in Dominkanska shopping center. Apartment was very clean. Manager was friendly and helpful. There are a few locked garages in the building big enough for a small car, available at no extra cost on a first- come - first served basis. Overall the apartment was excellent and I would recommend it highly.

The bedroom is an inside room with no windows; it gets rather warm and stuffy at night. But that's the only fault I can find with this excellent apartment.

Well equipped

There is no information that we should call the owner when we arrived, and unfortunately I did not write his phone number, so we had little problem with other tenants since I press some room number to ask about our room information. It was really not friendly neighborhood. The specification of the room that we order and what we got also different, anyway it was still nice room though.

Design of the apartment, confort

Unfortunately the apartment had some detail that I didn't like. For example 2 spot lights unfixed in the wall, a pillow with a burn and the heater and the handle latch of the shower in the toilette was unfixed too. For sure need maintenance!

The apartment was very spacious (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom) and located only 10 minutes walking from the Main Square. The apartment is clean, equiped with TV, washing machine, and kitchen appliances. It is a great choice for travelling as a family with kids or with friends. Also, it has both paid and non-paid parking places next to the building, for those travelling by car.

The flat I rented (N. 19) was almost perfect, I'm really satisfied! New flat, comfy bed, new forniture, good bathroom, location 10m walk to Rynek (market square), 5min to Galeria Dominikanska (shopping center)

Some little complaints: curtains should be thicker and dimming, it's impossible to sleep in the morning with light... I've found some dust on the night table, and on the heater in the bathroom... Internet could be faster.

Great location for this apartment with secure car parking. Much better than a hotel even for just one night. Staff were very accommodating indeed. Highly recommended.

Bardzo fajny design mieszkania. Apartament blisko ścisłego centrum. Miła obsługa I intymna atmosfera. Polecam.

Naczynia powinny być pozmywane skoro jest tam osoba od sprzątania,łóżko nieco skrzypiało.

Niedotrzymanie warunków rezerwacji (zamiana apartamentu na mniejszy), brudna pościel, ogólnie niski poziom czystości, pokój przesiąknięty dymem papierosowym, hałas nocny z pobliskich klubów.

приветствую всех, кто читает этот отзыв! очень понравился вроцлав! в этот город хочется вернуться еще и еще))). аппартаменты понравились. расположение, на мой взгляд, отличное.рядом исторический центр (в шаговой доступности) и большой торговый центр, где есть супермаркет. от поездки остались только положительные эмоции. хочу поблагодарить хозяина этого отеля за очень внимательное отношение к своим клиентам. мы обязательно вернемся в этот отель! всем удачи и хороших насыщенных путешествий!

Swietne lokum wypadowe dla rodziny, blisko rynku I innych atrakcji Wroclawia. Bez scisku hotelowego pokoju:) Ladnie urzadzone!

Nie mam najmniejszych zastrzeżeń, od świetnego kontaktu z obsługą, po wyposażenie apartamentu, lokalizację, czystość, jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w których nocowałem do tej pory we Wrocławiu.

śWietna lokalizacja, apartament taki sam jak na zdjęciu (czerwień!:). Rewelacyjny design na stworzenie czegoś niebanalnego. Odpowiednie miejsce na krótki wypad jak I na pobyt biznesowy. Bardzo wygodne łóżka:):) I rewelacyjnie wyposażona kuchnia. Jeżeli będę we Wrocławiu, na pewno wrócę do tego miejsca:)
