Bathroom hot water is not hot enough.

Location. Large and light room. Design of the room. Little buffet.

Was very cold. Staff never hauling the rubbish. There was sometimes only cold water so we couldn't take a shower. Beds were very shaky and the mattress were sagging so we had a vertebral ache.

Location was great, only a few minutes walk for the Krakow old town square. Room was quite clean and shower was very nice and new. Feels safe and secure.

Building was very old and poor condition and hallways and courtyard feel quite dank. Balcony was covered in pigeon droppings and not very usable. We had a little trouble communicating with some of the staff in English.

Una ubicación excelente. Buen y abundante desayuno. Y la relación calidad- precio muy buena. Amplísimas habitaciones que con niños pequeños se agradece.

Camas colchones y ropa de cama muy viejos. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear.

Dieses Appartment werde ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Es gab drinnen extrem viel Schmutz ohne Ende, alte und verschmutzte Matratzen sowie alte Bettwäsche. Die Appartments sind von sehr schlechten Qualität. Die Wohnungen sind wirklich sehr alt, est wurde in der Wohnung weder von der Einrichtung noch Wohnqualität nicht viel gemacht. Die Heizung besteht aus 3 elektrischen Heizkörpern einfach in den Zimmern aufgestellt, was bei einer Innenhöhe von 4m und Größe von 60 m2 leider nicht ausreichend ist und Gott sei dank es war am Wochenende nicht so extrem kalt in Krakau. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Heizung, die Einrichtung im Badezimmer war schon extrem veraltet und entsprach keinen europäischen Standards. Es gab keine Kochnische nur in einem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle auf dem verrosteten Kühlschrank. Das Geschir war auch sehr schmutzig. Im Großen und Ganzen lieber vermeiden.

отель расположен в самом центре кракова, рядом с отелем легко можно найти парковку. отель находится в старом здании, где было каминное отопление, сейчас установлены электрообогреватели и бойлеры для нагрева воды, и есть внутренний дворик.

отель не заблокировал, а снял с моей карточки деньги. за место двух раздельных номеров на 3-х и 4-х человек как я заказывал, нам предоставили один двухкомнатный с четырьмя 2-х спальными кроватями. когда я перебронировал, пребывания в отеле с 10 на 2 ночи, администрация начала придумывать всякие причины чтобы не возвращать мне деньги, и ссылаться на информацию которой не было у меня в листе бронирования, но которая есть где-то на booking.com причём находится в таком месте что даже администратор отеля не смогла её найти.

L´accueil des différentes jeunes filles, responsable de la gestion; un autre bon point pour la localisation: à 10 minutes de la station de trains et dans le centre proche de la grande place centrale...le reste: peut faire mieux

Mais l´appartement est vraiment vieux: les plombs et donc le chauffage a sauté la dernière nuit lorsque j´ai branché mon ordinateur! L´accueil n´est dispo que de 9h à 19h et le petit déjeuner limité à du thé, café, un pain et beaucoup de fromage et de jambon en boîte!- Les fenêtres n´ont pas de volets mais il n´y a pas beaucoup de bruits ni de voisins- le rapport qualité prix est à revoir: les prix sont audessus des prestations;

Hotel pessimo, condizioni igieniche inesistenti, struttura fatiscente, in tre giorni di permanenza nussun cambio di biancheria e nessuna pulizia in camera, personale dell' hotel presente soltanto dalle 9 della mattina alle 9 di sera. Da evitare!!!

Było trochę zimno

śWietna lokalizacja, prywatność, cisza I spokój :) 5 minut do dworca, niecałe 5 minut do Rynku Głównego. Nie było żadnych przykrych niespodzianek. śNiadanie też ok, chociaż przydałoby sie jakieś warzywko ;-) Czysto. Na pewno polecimy to miejsce.

łAzienka czysta, ale wymaga małego remontu.
