Boring business hotel. Location is good though. The management obviuosly is pressing the employees to squeeze out the clients as much as they can. Make sure you check your bills, they add automatically tips, charge you for services you did not use, etc... The employees level of speaking foreign languages is for such a business oriented and international Hotel far below standard.

The hotel is very good. Except for staff at the reception - Carolina did 3 mistakes in the invoice and was impolite and nervous when changing it. This was the only negative thing about the hotel. I was travelling with my 10th yeas old son like transit passenger. We stayed one night in this hotel. It is located near of airport - is very convinient. The hotel is new, no smell anything. The staff speaks english. For me it is very comfortable.

Be aware that unlike other Warsaw hotels (and I have stayed at quite a few) this hotel charged me an extra EUR 42 to check in at 10:30 am instead of 14:00. So this hotel turned out to be more expensive than the higher level Warsaw hotels (Hilton, airport Marriot, Intercontinental) who always try to let me have an early check-in and never charge for it. Information about this policy should have been provided prior to booking, but it did not appear either on bookings.com or on the hotel's own web site (I told them it should have been provided so they may have since added it). As for the staff - the trainee who checked me in was quite nice and polite, but when I asked to speak to a manager, out came the office manager who was the exact opposite and frankly was simply impossible to converse with.

The staff of the reception shold be more polite and kind. It's enought to watch few minutes of pay tv (without asking for any confirmation about it) and they charge you the whole price.

The cleanliness on arrival, the staff were all very helpful & courteous. The room was excellent & the food was really well prepared & presented. I did not find any fault with the hotel or it's facilities.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport, has wonderful service and feels like a true luxury hotel. I would highly recommend staying for an excellent experience.

Location was excellent, mini bus to the airport for free, breakfast was preety good, but our dinner was excellent I have lived in Poland for 3 years and the food at the Okecie airport holel was one of the best I have eaten for a very long time. Thank you for a lovely stay. What a pity the sauna was not for free

Good location, very close to the airport. Very friendly staff and clean room. The only concern is when you arrive in the evening you need to find a way to call shuttle service (it is not that easy if you do not have calling card or polish cell phone). Other than that excellent hotel with free shuttle to the airport!

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very large and comfy. The room was very quiet at night so slept well. The fridge was also well stocked, if a little pricey. The best thing was the restaurant food which we had delivered to our room. The roast duck, potatoes and roast apples were simply to die for. We loved it. Also we had a mushroom soup starter which my girlfriend described as the best mushroom soup she has ever tasted! Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Good location, 800 m from Warsaw international airport (Okecie / F. Chopin), 15 min. by taxi from the main train station / center of Warsaw. Free shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was OK, but I would expect more (better choice) in a hotel of that category.
