Hotel Alef  

The hotel is clean, simple to check-in/check-out and pay. Our room was spacious, very calm, and with an exceptionnal decoration. Our bathroom was very big and renovated recently. The major asset of this hotel is its exceptionnal situation located in the center of a triangle betwwen Stare Miasto (City Center), Jewish city (Kommiersky), and the Wavel Castle...

I liked the feel of authenticity. A small, cultural hotel, with friendly staff and an awesome breakfast. Clean! I would definitely go back and suggest it to my friends and family.

There was a group of very rowdy men who created a lot of noise at 2am. They left cigarette butts in the hall way and continued the next night. Not the hotel's fault, but it seemed to go on past an acceptable length of time.

The staff were all very nice. The location is good, very close to Wawel. Everything was clean, if a little worn.

The room was really tiny. I was by myself (and even I felt a bit cramped in there) but the room I was given was a double. Frankly, if two people were to have it, I have no idea how they would fit. The bed was really small for a double, there was hardly any room around it, and nowhere to put a suitcase etc.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. This is a quirky hotel with history. Would definitely stay there again. It is steps away from local tram, the centre, Jewish city and supermarket! Good base and we found it to be very quiet.

That although it was no smoking, people could smoke in the foyer of the hotel which you had to walk through and the smell/smoke obviously spreads into the hotel. Same breakfast buffet everyday and not obvious what else you could have. Only when staff offered scrambled eggs did we know that was available.

Lokalizacja, dobry standart, miła obsługa, ładny wystrój

Brak możliwości korzystania z tarasu w godzinach wieczornych - w części zewnętrznej (ok.22.00) - mało stolików, brak oświetlenia, nikt nie zaproponował możliwości skorzystania z baru, w zasadzie było nieczynne pomimo ładnej I ciepłej pogody.

La camera da letto un po piccola e non molto attrezzata di confort

La vicinanza rispetto allo splendido quartiere ebraico ed al centro pulsante della città.La disponibilità dello staff.L' Aspetto romantico dell' Hotel. Ottime le colazioni e la musica classica di buon livello.

L' acqua calda solo nel fine settimana.Lo shampo che non riesce ad uscire dall' erogatore. Il copriletto un po' sporco....

Senz'altro la posizione centrale, oltre la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale nel fornire anche informazioni riguardanti la città. Ottima la colazione dolce/salato.

La biancheria del letto dovrebbe essere curata maggiormente (coprire tutto il materasso).
