The bed was very comfortable, and room really clean, seemed like recently renovated. Location convenient to train station, trams, and old town. Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. There is train noise that starts around 430-5am, but not a problem for me. I would stay here again. Great place.

I don't think I would like to use that hotel once again. My first night I was given a room, a cubical, which the main railroad trains were passing just under it. It was impossible to sleep. The second night, a room on the forth floor, was not much better because trolleys were running just next to the building. A small group of German turists were complaining too.The concierge, Peter, was very helpful.

Terribly noisy. A lot of the rooms are right next to the railway line and so not at all good for people who do not like noise.

Dogodna lokalizacja, czysty pokój, duża, dobrze wyposażona łazienka, wygodne łóżka, smaczne śniadanie, pomimo bliskości torów kolejowych okna są wystarczająco szczelne I przejeżdżające pociągi nie stanowią aż takiego problemu

Nieprofesjonalna recepcjonistka (nie udzieliła pełnej informacji, musieliśmy poczekać chwilę, aż skończy prywatną rozmowę telefoniczną), brak informacji o wi-fi, a przede wszystkim brak czajnika w pokoju I konieczność parzenia kawy czy zalewania herbaty wodą z dystrybutora, który znajdował się na korytarzu, co w hotelu tej klasy jest dość kiepskim pomysłem. Również o tym fakcie nie poinformowano nas w recepcji, trzeba się było dodatkowo dopytywać czemu nie ma czajnika.

We like the hotel very much.Perfect location and good service. I will visit again Krakow and I will stay in this hotel, as the location is near the train/bus station, walking distance to the old city and 4 minutes walking to Krakwvia Shopping Mall.
