The room is quit clean and comfortable. The staffs are okay. The breakfast is good. However, the hotel is next to the main railway. Overall it is a valuable choice.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and they accepted my check-in at 7 am - I didn't have to wait until 1 pm (standard check-in time). Excellent breakfast as well.

Had to return to the reception to ask for the kettle (the tea/coffee/sugar was already in the room). There is a railway 20 meters from the hotel - it could be a problem if you're very sensitive to railway noise, although the frequency of trains is very low - 1 train per 2 hours or so and I didn't have a problem with that at all. TV/satelite signal is poor.

The hotel staff was fantastic. Very kind and welcoming. They didn't mind me practicing my monosyllabic Polish vocabulary. The free internet access was very much appreciated (though you need a cable - there's no wifi). Also, in most Polish hotels, I appreciate the water cooler for unlimited hydration. Wish we had that in France!

Advice: don't stay in room 30 in the winter. The price was very good for a hotel that's a 3mn walk from the main central train station, but NB: it's right by the tram tracks, so you'll hear a bit of rumbling late into the night and early in the morning (I was on the 3rd floor). Moreover, there was probably a plumbing backup (in the hotel? in the building complex? it's hard to say) so the bathroom smelled, well, pretty crappy. Now, I've had that problem here in Paris in my own apartment and it's impossible to fix, so if you experience this problem, try changing rooms. Moreover, I couldn't find a heating system, so my room got pretty cold that night (in February temps can dip to -15C outside).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious with a modern en suite shower room. In all, excellent value for money.

The hotel backs onto the train tracks which didn't bother me but I guess if you are a light sleeper it could be a concern.

I don't think I would like to use that hotel once again. My first night I was given a room, a cubical, which the main railroad trains were passing just under it. It was impossible to sleep. The second night, a room on the forth floor, was not much better because trolleys were running just next to the building. A small group of German turists were complaining too.The concierge, Peter, was very helpful.

Beacause this hotel is very coles with Train Track, so there is lots of nosiy.
