Hotel Amadeus  

The staff were exceptional,nothing was too much trouble for them.The breakfasts were great.The location was perfect for us.I would have liked somewhere to relax...a soft room near the bar.The price was good value for money too.

The only concern I had was it was noisy at night till the early hours but youaccept that when you stay in a city location with lots of young people around there is going to be noise.We are returning to Krakow in August and will be staying in the Amadeus but this time we will be bringing ear plugs to solve the problem,

Well located ,just off main sq., and in old town, easily accessible on foot from Railway Station. Room was exremely comfortable and proportioned as was bathroom/shower Staff exremely helpful & polite just need to ensure that messages are relayed properly eg reservation for eveining meal in restaurant went missing & promise of packed lunch on departure (we left early hours and so missed included breakfast) did not materialize The buffet breakfast was exceptional lastly the rates for a 4 night stay in a 4 Star Hotel were extremely competitive and good value

Nothing, except for the two small failures of communication referred to above

I liked design of hotel, that was definitely my style !!! Great location, everywhere I could get very fast near to main square....

I didn´t like personal staff in drink bar, because when we wanted get drink - just wanted coffee they sent us to restarant, but there they didn´t want bring us drink, they sent us back to drink bar... So we went to room, was terrible to walk there and back and noone wanted care of us. But this is one expierence what I didn´t like, all other I can recomend to all, whole hotel is great !!! I would like to come back again next year. Also I forget one thing - we wanted come back for new year eve, but they don´t celebrate in hotel, so I was little dissapointed.

The staff was very helpful and provided excellent advise on sightseeing options. They also provided an ethernet cable for faster internet than their standard wireless (wired and wireless both free of charge). Room was very comfortable and clean. Food in the hotel restaurant (dinner) was delicious. Breakfast was also good.

Mattress was a little hard, but did not detract from overall stay.

This is an excellent hotel situated close to the city centre. There are two excellent restaurants nearby (La Fontaine and Miod Malina). The cocktail bar across from the hotel is good too.

The only critisism was the air conditioning which failed to cope in very hot conditions.

Flotte store rom i en stille gate. Svært sentralt; kun et minutt eller 2 fra hovedtorget

Dårlig frokost. Gamle rundstykker, gammelt brød, og dersom du kom sent til frokost så var det tomt på fatene. Dette må være en enkel sak å få ordnet

Die besondere Lage des Hotels, zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichbar.

Teppichboden wäre zu erneuern. Am besten Laminat.

Mooi verzorgd hotel en prima gelegen in het centrum van de stad. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Kleine maar goede sauna met douche.

Door de ligging in het centrum van de stad, is het wel niet mogelijk 's nachts de ramen open te zetten. We weten niet of de airco werkt; hadden die nog niet echt nodig.

Понравилось практически всё за некоторыми исключениями.

1. Персонал практически не говорит по - русски или украински. 2. В холодную погоду в номере прохладно даже при максимально включенных конвекторах, пришлось просить доп. обогреватель. 3.В ресторане не всегда без дополнительной просьбы сервируются все необходимые приборы и дополнительные салфетки.
