The room was very spacious and comfortable, location of the hotel is excellent and the hotel itself was very peaceful. The room did not have much character and felt a bit plain. |

The staff was most helpful. It was centrally located and made moving around Krakow an easy task. The locker key was too large to carry around!! |

Veldig bra beliggenhet både i forhold til det gamle torget med masse restauranter og gangavstand til stort shopping senter Det eneste måtte være å få et speil på rommet. Det var nemlig bare ett speil - på badet. |

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica rispetto al centro, quasi tutto pedonale. Alcune camere hanno anche la vista sulla piazza del mercato. Vicino c'è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento. Lo staff è simpatico e disponibile. C'è anche una ragazza che parla italiano. Il buffet della prima colazione fa prendere qualche chilo di troppo ... |

E' un hotel pulito e tranquillo con uno staff gentile e efficiente. Come segnalato anche da altri ospiti, la colazione è molto povera per un 4 stelle. L'ultima mattina è stato necessario chiedere persino il burro. |
