Meget velliggende hotel. Super god morgenmads buffet, kan klart anbefales. udvidelse og flere tilbud mht til spa, massage og fitness. |

Fantastisk hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed Lær hele personalet at tale tåleligt engelsk. Der var enkelte I restaurant/bar som ikke kunne gøre sig forståelige. For dårligt, at man ikke kan betale med euro I baren på hotellet. Man kan med nød og næppe betale med euro I receptionen, men får tilbage I lokal mønt. Det er ikke acceptabelt for et 4-stjernet hotel! |

Superb location for shops, restaurants and public transport. Reception staff very amenable and helpful. Overall a pleasant and relaxing stay. Original room we were given, although nice enough, overlooked the central triangular courtyard which gives a very claustrophobic feel. On request, we were relocated to a room overlooking the square towards the station which was fine. |

Beautiful hotel right in Old town, very close to train station and in walking distance to all restaurants & bars. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast selection, clean and comfortable, would definitely return for another relaxing weekend away. |

Excellent design hotel in the centre of town. Bathroom light is part of the fancy design - if someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room wakes up! |

The location is excellent; just minutes from the old town on foot and 15 minutes from the airport by train, which is right across the plaza from the hotel. The Krakow Galeria shopping centre is right outside too, with 260 stores. The room was very clean and quiet and had everything. Loved the bathroom and shower! Very comfortable bed and bedding. The design and decor of the hotel interior was great to look at and functional at the same time. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. Everything contributed to a very pleasant stay. It would have been nice to have free internet in the lobby, but you have to buy time whether it's for your room or the lobby. Mind you, with the great price we scored (room and breakfast) this time, it didn't really matter. |

The rooms, service, staff and facilities were great also it was quiet no outside noise could be heard from the rooms. On the Sat night they had a Polish night which was great for first timers to the country. No it was fab |

Andels Hotel more that came up to our expectations, the helpfullness of the staff exceeded their call of duty and were always very pleasant nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the location was superb, we would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow not too much of a problem but we could have used a bit more hanging space in the room |

We stayed at the Andels hotel for 3 nights and I couldnt find one fault with it. The location, the room, value for money and the breakfast were all top class. Highly recommend |

Excellent location, opposite the main station and right by a massive and really good shopping centre. Very well informed staff, who speak very good English, amazing room and bathroom, very modern and comfortable. Small gym and sauna on lower ground floor. Nice bar and restaurant, breakfast is extremely well stocked, very multinational. We had a fantastic stay here, highly recommend it. |

The hotel location is excellent! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and the bar was comfortable and relaxing. We had a couple of days where we did not get the number of towels that we should have. However a quick call to reception quickly resolved this problem. |

The Andels Hotel is very centrally located, beside Glowny rail station and a huge shopping centre. Most City sights are within easy walking distance. |

The hotel staff were very nice we arrived at 12 and they let us check in immediatiely eventhough check in is usually at 2pm. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and the breakfast each morning had a fantastic selection. |

Loved the location of this hotel, great breakfast, all in all would definitely recommend. I did not like how the hotel staff were not very co operative about giving information about tours if you were not booking through them. |

I stayed in this hotel first time last year and since then i have been going to Krakow almost everymonth. I tried few hotels but decided not to look for another place. Its ideally located if you are plannning to travel around the city, train and bus station are about 5mins walk through a shopping mall which in no way less than malls in Dubai. Staff in this hotel speaks fluent english. Its very clean and modern hotel, most rooms have bath and shower of very high quality. Its about 5mins walk from the main square (Rynek) too. Have a nice trip.. |

Vibrant and sharp designed hotel in a very sweet location.The staff was excellent and spoke great english.Breakfast 6:30 to 11:00 and had their own drivers or cabs to the airport so no rip-offs occur.Across from the train station and easy waik to everything. The rooms were small but sharp and shower great.Maybe just our room was a small double-it was small. |
