Location in respect of the city centre. It was not possible to put off the air condition, so the room was too cold. The staff didn't help us to solve the matter.

Stayed for a three night city break, 16th to 19th May 2011. Hotel excellent, staff friendly and extremely helpful, all spoke english. Visited Wawel Castle. We used the hotel's car to visit Salt Mines and Auschwitz - well worth the (extra) money, the driver was pleasant and explained about the different places as we journed along to our destinations. Had a lovely time at Andle's Hotel.

I loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were fantastic and helpfull. The rooms were ultra modern with a lovely big bathroom, easily one of my most favourite hotels I have stayed in. The location was amazing just a stone throw from the new shopping centre. Easy access to the main square and only 5 minutes walk from the station. I would thoroughly recomend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Krakow.

The location is very good, right next to the main train station and shopping centre. Only a short walk to the main market square. Staff was rather unpolite. My non-smoking room had a strong smell of cigarette. Breakfast was only average and getting coffee was a true challenge. Everyday I was nearly done with food by the time the staff managed to bring us coffee.

the design, the comfort if you turn on the bathroom light in the night you wake up your partner as there is a glass panel between the bathroom and the bedroom, this spoils an otherwise lovely design. there aren't any drawers to put your clothes in.

This contemporary modern hotel is ideally situated and within easy reach of everything that Krakow has to offer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The only fault I found, is that the breakfasts could be improved on, the slow self-service coffee machine made for queues of waiting people, and the quality of the food was not great.

Cleanliness/comfort of rooms. Cheerful, helpful staff. Booked an 'executive double room with panaramic views of city' but our room faced a wall. There was a constant droning noise, we think it may have been from the air-conditioning vents on roof. This disturbed our sleep in room on 5th floor. As soon as we mentioned it we were moved to a much quieter room on 4th floor - and slept very well!.

Loved everything about the hotel. Extremely modern hotel, with luxury rooms including large comfy bed, large modern bathroom and great size room. Breakfast was fabulous with a large variety and selection to choose from. Perfect location right next to Krakow train station, large shopping complex and 5 minute walk into the old town.

Excellent and helpful staff. Very good position, facing the railway station and very close to the old town. Cheap touristguided tours are organized picking the customers up at the hotel to reach several places such as Auschwitz-Birkenau, Zakopane and the Sault Mine with special discounts for students. Breakfast was excellent too with a great range of sault and sweet food (with kanelbullar too) and very tasty juice.

Good location We paid extra for an executive room on 5th floor because they were advertised as having "panoramic views over the square". Our room looked out over an advertising hoarding and was the otherside of the hotel to the square! We were also supposed to have a late check out option but when we asked we were told we had to check out at midday!

Clean rooms which were extremely well looked after and modern, very nice indeed, cannot fault them at all, superb spacious modern bathroom also. Location is perfect - 2 mins from the train station and 5 mins from the main square for food/drink/sightseeing. This hotel is probably the best we have stayed in. Perfect in every way. Buffet breakfast was immense !

It's a beautiful modern & luxury hotel. The staff have always been amazing and I would return here every time. I've booked 5 rooms over the past few years and would reccomend to anyone. If to say anything. The website states the wifi is paid for? We were able to connect free in room and lobby. Not a complaint but an observation.

Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to assist you. Restaurant was lovely for dinner and breakfast with a wide selection on offer. Rooms were clean, bright and modern. Lovely huge shower in the bathroom which was also pristine. I didn't want to leave and wouldn't stay anywhere else if I were to return to Krakow. Nothing....I'd go back in a heartbeat!
