Very friendly and helpful staff.Excellent choice at buffet breakfast.Great location for sightseeing and right next door to a large modern shopping mall. Hotel provided a taxi transfer to/from airport at a reasonable rate which made the journey stress free. |

location was perfect, direct train from airport to Kracow main station, Andels right opposite next to large new Galleria mall. Could not be bettered for central location near all tourist areas main square etc All staff were exemplary couldnt be more helpful, Oscars great place to unwind, all bar staff friendly welcoming etc. Only had breakfasts excellant, sure restaurant meals would be fine. only minor complaint regards room, scuff marks along the wall (from peoples Luggage) in our room, could easily be cleaned up suggests better husbandry surprised from such a new hotel. As many people have said fridge mini bar useless. |

I liked very much the design of the room and common areas. The efficiency and kindness of hotel's staff was excellent. I did not like the breakfast. There was several options but only fruit and cereals could be considered healthy. |

It was reasonably quite for a city centre hotel. Room size good. My minibar did not work. Not resolved by staff. Room too warm and air con. too noisy to keep on. |

The location of the hotel was excellent and the fact that it was opposite the train station made transfer from airport trouble free. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and spoke good english. Food not really up to scratch with some hot items at breakfast being cold. |

Andel's Hotel is very well situated both near the station and the centre of town. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with excellent bathrooms and separate shower cubicles. Despite being near the centre of Krakow the rooms were very quiet. |

We liked everything about the hotel - location, style, design, comfort and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfasts were fabulous - plenty of choice, really good quality, unhurried and as much as you wanted! Nothing at all. |

The staff were very helpful and polite ,it was convenient that the dining room was open late to 11pm especially as our flight arrived at night. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast.the hotel was convenient to shopping and transportation and a short walk to main square. The bathroom facilities were 1st class, the room was very nice ,over all it was good value . The breakfast was a little cold it would have been convenient to have a micro wave available to heat it up.i am sure staff would have obliged if asked. |

The convienience of a central location. Very good food. Excellent modern rooms. Service efficiency. Cleanliness You could consider looking at your add on services, example minibus service is very exoensive compared to services I booke myself. Minibus to the airport booking through the hotel was 120ZN, I booked for 80ZN. (50% Cheaper. |
