Andel's Hotel Cracow

I stayed in this hotel first time last year and since then i have been going to Krakow almost everymonth. I tried few hotels but decided not to look for another place. Its ideally located if you are plannning to travel around the city, train and bus station are about 5mins walk through a shopping mall which in no way less than malls in Dubai. Staff in this hotel speaks fluent english. Its very clean and modern hotel, most rooms have bath and shower of very high quality. Its about 5mins walk from the main square (Rynek) too. Have a nice trip..

Vibrant and sharp designed hotel in a very sweet location.The staff was excellent and spoke great english.Breakfast 6:30 to 11:00 and had their own drivers or cabs to the airport so no rip-offs occur.Across from the train station and easy waik to everything.

The rooms were small but sharp and shower great.Maybe just our room was a small double-it was small.

I liked everything. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and clean. the location is great. This was a great hotel. I highly recommend it.

Food excellent good location

Booked a Double room but on arrival a twin room was allocated when this was queried we were told that booking.com had the room reserved ok but didn`t state what room type I booked eventually we were upgraded to an executive double without the perks.

Excellent location. Just next to the train station but very silent. Great design and very comfortable. Perfect for bussiness ot sightseeing.

Good location. Close to the city center and next to the shopping center!Very good cost performance.

Shower Booth was separated and it was not very comfortable.

The central location and so near to the main railway station. The comfort and cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. The staff were all so helpful

I think two single duvets were not at all suitable for a double bed. It should have been one double duvet

The staff of the restaurant should learn to smile a little bit. Most of them look serious during breakfast.

The staff was really helpfull, they were always very nice and polite .

By the time we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant should stay opened untill 11pm. The next night we went there at10:15pm and we were told that the kitchen was already closed. The next day we tried again at 9:45pm , all the tables were set for breakfast , and we asked a waitress if we could have dinner , she was not happy , not helpfull and asked us what was the time , the treatment was so weird that we decided to leave feeling very unconfortable. About the bar the music should be less boring.

Awesome!!! Top time. Great staff (well breakfast staff need to smile!) but a really good hotel. Lovely room and outside patio area on main square is excellent!

All the staff, bar, reception, to cleaners were excellent, really helpful. Nothing too much trouble and go out of their way to help. Really friendly and efficient. Would definitely return! Fabulous Breakfast buffet, It would be impossible to not find anything you liked. Great location. Less than 100 footsteps away from the train station.
