La posizione dell'albergo ,posizione della stanza ,il personale alla reception, arredamento. La colazione di qualità appena sufficiente, la pulizia della camera non proprio ineccepibile (molta polvere). |

La posizione vicina ai mezzi di trasporto ed alle agenzie dei tour locali, la disponibilità e cortesia di tutto il personale, la qualità delle camere e relativa pulizia. Buono il ristorante e più che soddisfacente la colazione. Grande disponibilità e precisione se si viaggia con bambini anche molto piccoli |

Posizione centrale, molto comodo per visitare la città e I dintorni. Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità. Pulizia della camera e del bagno accurata Tv: Rai1 e Rai 2 si ricevevano ma senza audio. (Problema assolutamente secondario perchè non è mia abitudine guardare la tv) |

A pochi metri dalla stazione e a due passi dal centro. Belle la hall e particolari le camere in stile moderno e arrredate davvero con gusto. Eccellente servizio di pulizia e cortesia dello staff. Prima colazione ricca e ottima. |

Il servizio , il design delle camere e dell albergo , la cucina si è rivelata ottima , il carattere internazionale dell hotel . non molta comunicazione tra l hotel e il cliente , visto la levatura dell albergo si può chiedere un po di più . |

Beautiful hotel right in Old town, very close to train station and in walking distance to all restaurants & bars. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast selection, clean and comfortable, would definitely return for another relaxing weekend away. |

Excellent design hotel in the centre of town. Bathroom light is part of the fancy design - if someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room wakes up! |

The location is excellent; just minutes from the old town on foot and 15 minutes from the airport by train, which is right across the plaza from the hotel. The Krakow Galeria shopping centre is right outside too, with 260 stores. The room was very clean and quiet and had everything. Loved the bathroom and shower! Very comfortable bed and bedding. The design and decor of the hotel interior was great to look at and functional at the same time. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. Everything contributed to a very pleasant stay. It would have been nice to have free internet in the lobby, but you have to buy time whether it's for your room or the lobby. Mind you, with the great price we scored (room and breakfast) this time, it didn't really matter. |

The rooms, service, staff and facilities were great also it was quiet no outside noise could be heard from the rooms. On the Sat night they had a Polish night which was great for first timers to the country. No it was fab |

Andels Hotel more that came up to our expectations, the helpfullness of the staff exceeded their call of duty and were always very pleasant nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the location was superb, we would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow not too much of a problem but we could have used a bit more hanging space in the room |

We stayed at the Andels hotel for 3 nights and I couldnt find one fault with it. The location, the room, value for money and the breakfast were all top class. Highly recommend |

Excellent location, opposite the main station and right by a massive and really good shopping centre. Very well informed staff, who speak very good English, amazing room and bathroom, very modern and comfortable. Small gym and sauna on lower ground floor. Nice bar and restaurant, breakfast is extremely well stocked, very multinational. We had a fantastic stay here, highly recommend it. |

The hotel location is excellent! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and the bar was comfortable and relaxing. We had a couple of days where we did not get the number of towels that we should have. However a quick call to reception quickly resolved this problem. |
