駅前という立地、最新の設備、親切なスタッフ、清潔な部屋、美味なレストラン等。あらゆる面において期待以- 上でした。 強いて挙げれば、１．部屋に備え付けられているHotel Guideと実際の矛盾。GuideによればExchangeが24時間フロントで可能と記載されているも- のの、実際には対応してくれないので要注意。 ２．自分は気にならなかったが、部屋にはバスタブがなかった。もっと寒い季節だったらバスタブで温まりたい- と考えたかもしれない。 |

素敵な部屋・おいしくて豪華な朝食ぬは隊へ満足しました。駅にも近く、ショッピングセンターも近く、特に２- ４時間営業の郵便局には感動しました。 ありません。 |

子供用に、塗り絵セットをもらいました。まだお絵かきできる年齢ではないのですが、ポーランド語が書いてあ- って、記念になりました。 １４時に到着したところ、チェックインカウンターで「清掃がまだなので、２０分待ってください」と言われま- した。３０分、４０分、とロビーで待たされ、結局１時間待ちました。１つの部屋の掃除に１時間もかからない- と思うので、私たちがカウンターに行った時、すぐに清掃を始めたとは思えません。最初から１時間とわかって- いたら、荷物を預けて観光に行けたのになぁ。赤ちゃんずれで一時間待つのはちょっと辛かったです。 |

駅やショッピングセンターが目の前で立地もよく、ホテル自体も新しく快適でした。朝食も種類がいろいろあっ- て、長期滞在の方にも良いと思います。 不満な点は特にはありませんでした。 |

クラコフ市内見学には大変便利な場所に有り。部屋（ダブル）も、必要充分な広さがあり、モダンで明るく心地- よかった。ホテルスタッフも皆、親切に対応してくれた。また、朝食は非常に種類も多く、とても美味しくいた- だきました。 ホテル専用の地下駐車場を確保してもらいましたが、入り口が分からず、近くに車を止めてロビーまで聞きに行- きました。進入禁止のところを入って駐車場の入り口に行くようになっており、何が案内を道路から見えるよう- に設置して欲しい。 |

駅の目の前というロケーション、快適な設備など素晴らしいホテルでしたが、何よりスタッフの方々がどなたも- 非常に親切で気持ち良く滞在することができました。もし再度クラクフに訪れることがあれば、またこのホテル- を利用します。 冷蔵庫の電源が入りませんでした。 |

クラクフ駅の真ん前で隣には大きなショッピングセンターがありとても便利。スタッフの対応は笑顔がないもの- の問題はなく、部屋はまだ新しく清潔で使いやすかった。バスルームが快適でシャワーブースが分かれているの- で使いやすかった。お勧めホテルです。 |

Beautiful hotel right in Old town, very close to train station and in walking distance to all restaurants & bars. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast selection, clean and comfortable, would definitely return for another relaxing weekend away. |

Excellent design hotel in the centre of town. Bathroom light is part of the fancy design - if someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room wakes up! |

The location is excellent; just minutes from the old town on foot and 15 minutes from the airport by train, which is right across the plaza from the hotel. The Krakow Galeria shopping centre is right outside too, with 260 stores. The room was very clean and quiet and had everything. Loved the bathroom and shower! Very comfortable bed and bedding. The design and decor of the hotel interior was great to look at and functional at the same time. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. Everything contributed to a very pleasant stay. It would have been nice to have free internet in the lobby, but you have to buy time whether it's for your room or the lobby. Mind you, with the great price we scored (room and breakfast) this time, it didn't really matter. |

The rooms, service, staff and facilities were great also it was quiet no outside noise could be heard from the rooms. On the Sat night they had a Polish night which was great for first timers to the country. No it was fab |

Andels Hotel more that came up to our expectations, the helpfullness of the staff exceeded their call of duty and were always very pleasant nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the location was superb, we would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow not too much of a problem but we could have used a bit more hanging space in the room |

We stayed at the Andels hotel for 3 nights and I couldnt find one fault with it. The location, the room, value for money and the breakfast were all top class. Highly recommend |

Excellent location, opposite the main station and right by a massive and really good shopping centre. Very well informed staff, who speak very good English, amazing room and bathroom, very modern and comfortable. Small gym and sauna on lower ground floor. Nice bar and restaurant, breakfast is extremely well stocked, very multinational. We had a fantastic stay here, highly recommend it. |

The hotel location is excellent! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and the bar was comfortable and relaxing. We had a couple of days where we did not get the number of towels that we should have. However a quick call to reception quickly resolved this problem. |
