andel's Hotel Cracow

Friendly staff, comfortable room and great location.

Beautiful hotel right in Old town, very close to train station and in walking distance to all restaurants & bars. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast selection, clean and comfortable, would definitely return for another relaxing weekend away.

The location is excellent; just minutes from the old town on foot and 15 minutes from the airport by train, which is right across the plaza from the hotel. The Krakow Galeria shopping centre is right outside too, with 260 stores. The room was very clean and quiet and had everything. Loved the bathroom and shower! Very comfortable bed and bedding. The design and decor of the hotel interior was great to look at and functional at the same time. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. Everything contributed to a very pleasant stay.

It would have been nice to have free internet in the lobby, but you have to buy time whether it's for your room or the lobby. Mind you, with the great price we scored (room and breakfast) this time, it didn't really matter.

Andels Hotel more that came up to our expectations, the helpfullness of the staff exceeded their call of duty and were always very pleasant nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the location was superb, we would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow

The hotel was in a great location, was great value and the staff would do anything for you.

Excellent location, opposite the main station and right by a massive and really good shopping centre. Very well informed staff, who speak very good English, amazing room and bathroom, very modern and comfortable. Small gym and sauna on lower ground floor. Nice bar and restaurant, breakfast is extremely well stocked, very multinational. We had a fantastic stay here, highly recommend it.

The hotel was very well located for both shopping and site seeing.

The Andels Hotel is very centrally located, beside Glowny rail station and a huge shopping centre. Most City sights are within easy walking distance.

The hotel staff were very nice we arrived at 12 and they let us check in immediatiely eventhough check in is usually at 2pm. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and the breakfast each morning had a fantastic selection.

Loved the location of this hotel, great breakfast, all in all would definitely recommend.

I did not like how the hotel staff were not very co operative about giving information about tours if you were not booking through them.

Good hotel in a great location

The buffet breakfast is amazing and the location superb being across the street from the train station, close to the Old Town and next to a huge mall.

The light from the bathroom shines through a wall connected to the bedroom so for two people, one getting up earlier than the other, it was not very good. Also the bathroom looks beautiful with all the glass walls but there is no privacy for someone to use the toilet while another person is in the shower since it is all open glass.

The location is really in front of the main train station. The room was excellent! Good bed, very good shower.

The only bad thing was the airconditioning system. You can not shut it up manually and it keeps on switching on every half an hour! Despite the fact that I asked the reception three times about it the problem was not solved!
