grosse appartments gute lage

-The staff from Hotel Reception was extremely friendly and helpful ! -The Internet connection in the rooms is excellent; -Hotel location is excellent and design of the yard is very nice; -The Apartments are nice and clean., providing a welcome feeling

-Staff in the Breakfast Cafe of the Hotel in the morning is very slow with serving that small breakfast; often what is on the menu is in fact not available for breakfast. Overall staff at breakfast café is less professional than the reception staff; -Most of lamps in the living room were not functioning at all; -When the apartment was cleaned, some kitchen staff was removed and relocated, so after that, for example, it was impossible to make a tea. -Most of local taxi drivers refuse to drive or to pick you to the hotel itself, they do stop several blocks away. -This make it uncomfortable for guests travelling with luggage.

i liked everything, the location is great, just walk distance from the palac kultury i nauki, bars and pubs.

the promised wi-fi diesn't work. not possible to use it due to the very weak signal.

No hotel staff during weekend and evening time. It is not good!

Is a execelent apart.-hotel to stay. Good localizaction.

There ins`t Clean Room at the Weekend. The Breakfast it is very poor. Don t take consideration with the breakfast, because it is very bad.

Apartamenty są calkowicie wyposażone, a ich standard jest bardzo wysoki. Każdy z apartamentów to w rzeczywistości duże mieszkanie w kamienicy. Wspaniała atmosfera.

W pokoju było dosyć chłodno, choć kaloryfer był gorący.

идеальное расположение в городе. между старым и новым районами. пешком можно дойти до исторического центра, рфдом улица с торговыми центрами и бутиками. приятно поразил размер аппартаментов и их состояние(брали 3-х местный улучшенный). в детской комнате была даже колыбель. интерьер выдержан в классическом стиле. большая ванная комната. очень дружелюбный персонал.

Great location in the city center. High level of service for that price. Old nice building as from old movies :) with unbeilevable atmosphere inside.
