Very nice space and lots of it. Everything neat and clean. Nice quality furnishings. Office staff at checkin and out were nice. We checked in on weekend and Security did the check in. Kindly took us to our apt. The next day I asked for two more pillows and the security guard offered to take them up and did so. On Checkout the office person was patient and accommodating of our needs. Great restaurants in area, one next door is great fun. One night, many women in groups all sipping beer through straws. Fun to see the real people.

&Quot;Short" sheets on bed. I guess that's Europe. A nice bed but if you roll around, the covers and sheets do not have much slack. Minor issue; a lovely place. Location for some might be an issue. I gave a talk at the u of w and we walked over a mile to the venue. That was good for me; could have taken a bus, or taxi. We preferred to walk and enjoyed it all.

The location is very good being close to Old Town, Central Railway Station and tourist sites. The apartment was spacious.

The breakfast provided could be better with a little more variety. One of the young ladies attending guest needs during breakfast was not very friendly. After the first two days, we preferred to have breakfast elsewhere even though it was included in our accommodations cost.

The comfort of the appartments and the location

The lack of staff on arrival and during the stay (the reception is closed during weekends). Lack of information about the Residence in the appartments.

The location was really good. Easy to get to restaurants, cafes, and very quiet. Spacious, clean. I would recommend this place, particularly if you have a family but don't want to contend with hotels, or business or large groups, and require space and quiet.

Perhaps, a fitness area. Just to do some basic workout, treadmill, cross-trainer, for guests who have to maintain their health and fitness routine, since we can't exactly go running out on the streets of Warsaw city.

Good central location less than 5 mins walk from Centrum metro/tram and DH Smyk tram

A wonderful apartment which was centrally located and within walking distance of all the major sites. The apartment was equipped to a high standard and was very spacious. The reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early by amending our reservation. The breakfast was served in a cafe on site and had lots of choice. I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Hard pillows

Location is great, approximately 10 minutes from historical city center, bus and railway station are 5 minutes walk from hotel. It takes one hour to get to airport in Modlin from nearest bus station. All rooms were very clean

The rooms are huge, the breakfast in the courtyard excellent, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent all round value.

The air conditioning is ONLY in the lounge - nothing in bedroom! The wifi though free is poor. However you can connect via wired too.

Could do with mirrors in bedrooms. Breakfast menu very limited. More variety/choice for one week stay would have been much appreciated.

Dobre wrunki wypoczynku. Mozliwosc wykonania posilkow Cisza i spokoj pomimo usytuowania w centrum miasta, Doskonala lokalizacja. Warunki niekrepujace i dobra obsluga.

Wlasciwie nie bylo. Moze tylko sniadania zbyt monotonne.

отличное местоположение - центр города. до старого города пешком 10 мин. рядом большой шопинг - центр. много мест, где можно вкусно, и не дорого (учитывая, что все находится в центре столицы), поесть. номера в отеле это большая квартира (у нас было 2 спальни, зал-столовая, кухня (полностью оборудованная (даже есть посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, микроволновка) ну и туалет (имеется и ванна и душевая кабина). не буду отмечать завтрак в минус т.к. меня завтрак полностью устроил - есть все чтобы позавтракать (а не наедаться - не важно идешь на экскурсию или по делам) - тем более что имея такую кухню можно готовить самому - тот же завтрак!

на машине будет, наверное, трудновато - т.к. собственной парковки у отеля нет.

Résidence très bien située; proche des quartiers touristiques et des transports; rue piétonne, calme; nombreux restaurants à tous les prix à cinq minutes à pied. Très grand appartement très confortable.
