Az összes 2 éves kor alatti gyermek ingyenesen tartózkodhat gyermekágyak használatával.
Az összes idősebb gyermekek vagy felnőttek után éjszakánként és személyenként 67,20 PLN fog felszámolásra kerülni pótágyak használatával.
A szobákban engedélyezett pótágyak/gyermekágyak száma maximálisan 2 lehet.
Pótágy vagy gyerekágy elhelyezésére csak külön kérésre van lehetőség. A kérést a szállásadónak jóvá kell hagynia.
A kiegészítő szolgáltatások ára nem adódik automatikusan a teljes fizetendő összeghez. Ezek díját a szálláson kell megfizetni.

the location was excellent so were the apartments we usually take a room in a hotel but after staying in the antique apartments we will be looking for an apartment next time we will recommend you to all our family and friends the only downside was that the lift did not work......and possibly a coat of paint to the exterior would not go amiss |

The excellent location was central to all requirements. Although situated off the main square the apartment itself was quiet. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and there wasn't a lift which would make it unappealing for some. |

Well equipped, comfortable apartments (we had 6 person apt and 4 person apt.), located right in the centre of Krakow by the main square. They were plenty warm enough (it was below freezing outside by day and night). the 6 person apt. was on the 3rd floor with no lift, so lots of stairs. |

Spacious apartment, modern design and interior. Our apartment were on the highest floor, so not only big windows up to the ceiling, half of the roof was also made of windows. The second floor only with one queen size bed is also nice. The central heating system is right in front of the 2nd floor which made the room hotter than the one below. We ordered an extra bed which turns out to be very uncomfortable, you can feel the inside of the mattress, we end up not using it. The receptionist was nice however to erase the payment after we told her that fact beside we were not told that an extra bed will cost 50EUR/night. |

The bath-tub was exellent - and the heating was good. The staff was friendly, and helped us when needed. The apartment was very huge - we were 2 people in an apartment for 4, and it was perfect space for us. Perfect location - even old people could live here and get the opportunity to explore the centre of Krakow (just be sure to live in the building with a lift). We couldn't close the doors inside the apartment (no 5) properly, but maybe this was because of the cold weather..? It was a bit noisy from the night club under/next to our apartment. The breakfast was not worth the money. A table in the livingroom (to the sofa) would be nice. But - we would still recommend anyone to try this hotel! |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room very spacious and clean One of our party smokes and could not get on to the balcony for a cigarette as we were facing the road and door was permanently locked. It didnt affect 5 of us but it was inconvenient for the smoker who had to keep going downstairs in extremely cold temperatures. |

Excellent location, facilities and very clean. Plenty of space in our 10 bed apartment for 8 family members to relax with /without each other. Nice and warm too , and the jacuzzi bath was great fun ! We did have a lift ,but 4 floors without could have been a struggle with luggage. Would have been nice to have a safe in the apartment and we could not get wifi to work but no great drama given the overall good points. |

Friendly and very helpful staff especially via email before we arrived. Fortunately we were on first floor so not many stairs to climb Very little in the way of welcome pack. Would have expected slightly more than one sachet of coffee and two tea bags. Will know next time. Thought I had booked a double room but ended up with twin beds. |

Great location 100m from the city centre main square with abundance of restaurants around. Apartment very clean and well presented with good quality fitments. All good quality linen provided including towels. No lift in building therefore a lot of stairs to climb as there are 5 floors. |
