The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room very spacious and clean

One of our party smokes and could not get on to the balcony for a cigarette as we were facing the road and door was permanently locked. It didnt affect 5 of us but it was inconvenient for the smoker who had to keep going downstairs in extremely cold temperatures.

Great location 100m from the city centre main square with abundance of restaurants around. Apartment very clean and well presented with good quality fitments. All good quality linen provided including towels.

No lift in building therefore a lot of stairs to climb as there are 5 floors.

Liked space and location and particularily the price

good place near to the centre of Krakow, newly equiped mostly with IKEA products, inspite of booking we were not provided with parking place and offered substitute parking place was in a very strange place about 500 m from hotel, good value for money

It was spacious,comfy and within a one minute walk of the central square in Cracow. We tried two of the restuarants recommended by the hotel and both were excellent. The restuarant attached to the apartments provided us with the best "Irish Breakfast" I have had outside of Ireland

A separate WC would be a magnificent improvement

Great central but quiet location and all the facilities that an apartment requires for a city break. 2 bed apartment had good sized rooms and was warm and bright.

Booking.com prices are quoted in Euro however only able to pay by card in local currency therefore quote not accurate. No lift in block B for 4 floors.

1.The decor/feeling about the interior of the app. was excellent,really fell into place with the city of Krakow.2.Location was very good.3.Nice and clean.4. Very helpful staff

1.As the app. was essentially self catering the,work surfaces to prepare meals was virtually non existent,which wasn't ideal.2.For an app that could sleep up to 6 people,there was only one sofa,which meant people spent the evening sitting on kitchen chairs.But these are minor issues,the app. was really good

The staff were very helpful, it was like a home from home, and its location close to the main square of Krakow was ideal for exploring this wonderfully historic city.

A lift would have been nice, but otherwise we liked all aspects of the hotel.

A really great location (just a few metres off the main square), with friendly and helpful staff. It also has an excellent restaurant next door for breakfast, cocktails and dinner plus a 10% discount. Fantastic value for money and would definitely stay there again.

One of the single mattresses desperately needs replacing, very uncomfortable, I could feel every spring! The lack of parking in the area is a minus.

I liked the old world antique style building with the lovely courtyard with flowers and plants. Also very nice restaurant/bar attached.

Yes there was one thing. Groups checking in should be made aware verbally (not just a note in the room) that other guests/families staying and to be considerate about noise/parties when coming back late at night to their apartments.
