We stopped on our way home and hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, we got possibility to park our car at the secured garage (which was important to us), secondly, hotel is in central location, easy to walk to city center. Hotel receptionist (if not mistaken, Wiktoria), was friendly and helpful. We got room at the 4th floor, with nice balcony and good view to church. Room really comfortable, good in size and we even found telescope in our room to watch starts :) really one of the best hotels, that we have stayed in Poland. Well equipped, with small minibar, water bottles, decent bathroom toiletries.

Bialystok is a really lovely city. Lots of parks, free mini zoo in one of them. There is a palace with nice walking grounds. Everything is quite compact since Bialystok is not very big. Yet there is enough to see for at least a full day visit. Probably more if you want to go to museums, visit the palace, spend some time in one of old town Cafe and so on. Worth visiting at least once.

Beautiful old town, but very small.
Beautiful old town, but very small. It will take you at most an hour here. It is not possible to see the Branicki Palace from the inside, entry to the museum is only for cash. Exchanges are closed on Sundays, so it is not possible to enter this museum.
A wonderful and delicious breakfast at Kafejeto Arkadiusz Klinicki, street Mazowiecka 48.

Very beautiful city with all the amenities of a big city but the peacefulness and slower pace of a smaller town. Amazing Park Branickich with its palace and gardens. Main Street closed off to car traffic to allow for a chillout cafe / restaurants experience by the Ratusz. Great public transport, cheaper prices than the capital and lots of cultural happenings all year round.

Fantastic and beautiful city....
Fantastic and beautiful city....Very easy to get around and many sites to see and requiring more than one or two days to see all. Have beautiful downtown and city square. Many restaurants to choose from.
It would be easy to sped 4-5 days in this city. Downtown filled with many beautiful buildings..
You can’t beat the location. The hotel is situated in a beautiful building, in the historical old town section closed to traffic, with lots of restaurants and old-world European charm. Nicely appointed rooms, very friendly staff, good amenities. We loved their buffet breakfast. It was much more pricey than breakfast in other restaurants nearby but well worth it. We used the pool, and the hot tub. The pool was great, especially as we were the only people there at night.
We only stayed 2 hours and then switched hotels.
Room smelled of mildew. Only 1 single toilet/shower for each gender in our half of the building. Couple next door seemed strung out on something. Creepy vibes.
Wifi did not work in our room. Staff not super friendly. Didn't ask/say anything when we handed the key back and left a couple hours after checking in. Says hostel, but more like a super cheap hotel. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
Wow! We were not expecting to have such great experience! Hotel is very cozy and modern inside, self check-in is a plus and its convenient to finally be in 21st century! :)
One of the best breakfasts we ever had with great choice of food and room was very comfortable. Great location with walking distance to center and free parking is also there! If visiting this city again - we would 100% return!
Amazing very helpful staff. Nikola was so nice to me, she belped to search for my transfer back to the airport. Food was excellent. Room really clean. Free wifi. They always called taxi for me. Amazing experience, i will definitely be hapy to stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is conveniently located just next to the highway, and it is a good overnight place for long-distance traveling. The restaurant is very good, we had an excellent steak there, delivered to our room! Very good service from the restaurant!
Breakfast is 5 stars. Rooms are nice considering the charge per night. Been staying at this hotel a couple of times during my travels in that part of Poland. Free parking with easy access to the hotel is an added bonus.
I liked that it was right on the Rynek. The room was very nice and clean and had plenty of the accessories I needed in order to make my stay comfortable. I would recommend it as a pleasant stay for a night or two.
Home away from home. It is one of the best stay I ever have. I have really enjoyed my stay in the Hotel. Great hospitality by the hotel staff. Location is just amazing… very close to city Centre…
New hotel in the city center of Bialystok. The main city square (Rynek Kościuszki) is 10 min walk away. The hotel is very clean, breakfast very good, underground parking available.
Hotel is very nice decorated. Staff is hospitable and caring, family - like atmosphere. Highly recommend. Breakfast with great variety of food and drinks. All the best to staff.
A very comfortable, spacious hotel, with excellent food, both breakfast and dinner. The coffee machine at breakfast makes a delicious cup. Location of hotel is very central.
The rooms are ok, but would need some renovation. The breakfast is good, but it used to be better. Still the hotel is good value for money. I would recommend it to stay.
Stayed last week at this wonderful hotel. The charming room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Perfectly located, they have really kind and helpful staff.
new renovated hotel, very nice rooms, clean and shiny :) Staff was very polite and very helpful. Hotel is not big, so cosy and quiet. Breakfast was good.
