We had bad experinces from the staff in receptions. Must say that the cleaning staff was excellent, very nice, good service and nice smiles. |

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu portu / plaży oraz w drugą stronę - centrum miasta. Przestronny pokój, chociaż bez żadnych fajerwerków. Śniadanie w porządku, chociaż bazuje na najtańszych, wręcz dyskontowych (vide herbata, jogurty itd.) produktach. Budynek, choć stosunkowo nowy, sprawia wrażenie niedoinwestowanego - tanie i szybko niszczące się materiały, sporo niedoróbek. Poza tym rozbite lustro w windzie nie robi pozytywnego wrażenia. Dach podziemnego parkingu przecieka w wielu miejscach, więc dla wielu pojazdów nie stanowi on dostatecznej ochrony przed deszczem. Personel zaledwie uprzejmy, chociaż polecam używać w rozmowie j.niemieckiego - robi się od razu milej. Niestety w hotelu za wszystko trzeba płacić, łącznie z darmowym biuletynem turystycznym z 2007 r. zawierającym plan miasta - cena w recepcji 3 PLN... |

die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Es befindet sich in geringer Entfernung zum Hafen und auch zum Strand. Die endlos langen Gänge. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Die Lärmbelästigung durch Möwenschreie war genz erheblich. |

Das^Zimmer war gut und konfortable. Der balkon o.k. Leider schlechtes Gegenüber. Das Panoramakaffe hatte weder Kuchen am Samstagnachmittag !! noch einen Wein zum Ausschank . Man kann sich bei schlechtem Wetter nirgends aufhalten. |

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Appartements sind sehr geräumig und freundlich eingerichtet.Gut ist auch die Tiefgarage. Teilweise roch es intensiv nach Zigarettenrauch. |

Dogodna lokalizacja, parking, czystość oraz spokój, przestrzeń w pokoju. Hotel troszkę odbiega od europejskich standardów. Pokoje pomalowane na biało nie sprawiają wrażenia przytulnych, nie ma oznaczeń na drzwiach restauracji, więc chyba nie każdy będzie miał okazję zjeść śniadanie :) W ramach oferty śniadaniowej brak napojów innych niż kawa i herbata. Hotel jak i całe miasto nastawiony na turystów niemieckich, ogólny brak informacji w języku polskim i angielskim. |

Ser gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zentral gelegen, kurze Wege zum Hafen, zu Gaststätten und zum Strand. Wir werden bestimmt im Sommer wieder buchen. Das super Kaffee im 11. Stock vom Personal leider vernachlässigt. Etliche Gäste haben den Gastraum wegen Nichtbeachtung wieder verlassen. |

miła obsługa,smaczne śniadania obok ogłoszeń w języku niemieckim kompletny brak ogłoszeń w języku polskim,w kawiarni mały wybór i do tego niemieckie przboje a przecież też mają dobrą muzykę.Zbyt mocno przenosi się hałas do pokoju prosto z ulicy mimo zamkniętych okien.Przy meldowaniu nie informowano czy istnieje możliwość wykupienia obidów czy kolacji.Myślę,że te usterki powinny być usunięte. |

Lage Ich hatte 2 Appartements gebucht, es wurde nur 1 reserviert. Danach waren keine auf dem selben Stockwerk liegenden Appartements frei. Habe deswegen 2 Einzelzimmer genommen. Beim bezahlen sollte ich die App. bezahlen und es gab Ärger. Das ganze Hotel war nicht beheizt und die Zimmer waren eiskalt. |
