The hotel is perfect the only problem he has is the entrance of the building is very old but when you go up to the apartment, everything changes. The entrance of the building |

Staff was excellent. Always willing to help. Apartments are brand new. Really good quality and very comfortable. Location is very good. One block from main square and 5 minute walk to Wawel castle. Bracka 6 has no parking but they reserved a parking for us only one bock away. The entrance to the appartments needs renovating. It's an old building that appears to have been abandoned for some time. Nevertheless, it is only at the entrance because once you reach 2nd floor for the bracka appartments everything is perfect. |

very centrally located, excellent facilities with friendly and helpful staff. TV not visible from bed and no english channels. |
