New and clean appartments, nice cooked breakfast for very low price. There was everithing we needed in the kitchen. Easy to get city center.

View from the window, parking lot and just wall in 20-30 meters.

We didn't ask the front desk if they had soap and shampoo but there was a convenient store right outside that had everything we needed.

Shower leaked very badly causing a severely wet floor in bathroom

The apartment was very spacious, could easily fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in. It was clean and modern and had a nice big living room with kitchen attached. Free wifi and satellite tv was also available. The apartment was reasonably close to the centre, tram line outside wasn't working so had a 10 minute walk to next one which went to the centre. Walkable distance to the Warsaw Uprising Museum which is worth seeing. Local shop outside which opens early til late and has all you need for breakfast/lunch and dinner.

For such a luxery apartment their was a lack of appliances no microwave no washing machine or dryer no iron or ironingboard.

We were staying in Warshaw for coldplay concert, and for the last minute we booked Apaeramenty Dolcan (we were 8 adults, who wanted to all stay in the same room, so we chose these apartments). We loved the room, the stuff was nice - we asked for an extra bed (the room allowed 7), and the request was accomplished. We had an access to the Wifi, what was really important, we didnt actually know what to do with tv - we found only one chanell, but still - its wanst that important. Loved the kitchen - small, with all necessery thing, but no oven - still that didnt matter for the trip. The worst thing was registration - because the place is not the usual hotel, it took some while. Althoug the description says it is easy to reach the heart of the town by public transport - dont believe it. My advice- take a taxi - it costs only 30 Zlots and its worth it. Quick, easy and cheap! From the National Stadium we walked about half an hour. IT wasnt that bad, because we were still 8, but i wouldnt take a risk to walk through the city during the night on my own or even if we were 2 or 3. The place is very nice, clean, acceptable price (!!)!

The rooms were clean, the staff very kind. Strongly suggested for families with babies.

The hotel was a bit far from the city centre, but trams and buses are few minutes away and connect you to downtown in ten minutes. There are few bars around, so people should buy some food beforehand.

As it is self catering apartment - good thing is grocery shop just downstears. Plus also is free parking on site. For travellers traveling by car - easy to find, no need to go through center.

Apartment is rather poorly furnished, furniture is cheap and not suitable for apartment. Seems that some crappy furniture just squeezed in. Not worth the money paid.

5 individual beds, modern decoration, supermarket on groundfloor,

more towels in the bathrooms or toilets with soap & shampoo would have great.

The place for the price was amazing. We were 9 people staying at the apartment and all really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back if we'll be in Warsaw. Thanks a lot.

Staff had pretty poor English knowledge, but other than that it was ok.

Everything has been good. The personal has spoken English fluently. The rooms have been tidy and clean. You will also find everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere so there is no need to bring a lot of things. The building is new with closed area inside. There is a food shop nearby a separate parking area. The apartments are not far from city center. Also wifi has been good.

convenient location, however the accomodation has simple furniture (not alike Triton apartments). Because 4 single beds a good alternative for family travel.

It is a newly built apartment complex, the apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms and a large kitchen all brand new. Excellent cleaning. There is a reception open 24 hours with guardian and a supermarket. Not far from the museum Warsaw Uprising but far from the center.

I can`t call taxi grom hotel- too bad!! But room and cearence -super for this price!

We were the first to use the new apartment and although everything was brand new, it lacked a few important pieces of furniture like a table and chairs. The building itself wasn't quite complete although this did not cause any problems. Good location for trams and buses and also very quiet at night.

Przyjemne wnętrze

Wielkość apartamentu, piękny salon i duża kuchnia. Bardzo czysto. Gustownie urządzone.

90m2 apartamentu, a łazienka malutka z bardzo mała wanna. Przy wannie nie było zasłonki i kapiąc sie zalewa sie łazienkę. W takim apartamencie powinien być prysznic albo chociaż zasłonki przy wannie, albo większa wanna.
