We liked the location and the amenaties. The rooms were very nice and they provided the comfort that one would expect. To have a kitchen unite was very convienent. I would recommend this site to friends and the especially was happy with the cost. |

The apartment and the security that came with it made us feel safe. Everything was very clean. We were 2 minutes from the beach and the promedade, and only 15 minutes from the town. We walked to the soccer game. Everything was great. |

We were blown away by how modern the room was, to the extent that the quality of the kitchen facilities were a little intimidating. The location was excellent - very convenient. We have two young children and it would have been nice to know the staff had children's cutlery, and maybe even an eating chair. |

Beautiful place, very elegant and modern apartments furnished with new furniture. The best thing is location directly next to the beach. We had apartments with 2 balconies, where you can sit, relax and watch sunset. Apartments are located between the beach and Promenade with lots of stylish caffees. The price is OK considering that we were 2 couples in one apartament. We wanted to extend out stay there, but all the apartaments were occupied all the time |

. . . die Nähe zum Meer und der Strandpromenade; Techn. Einrichtungen defekt, z.B. Fernseher bei Empfang deutscher Sendungen ohne Ton. Wenn man nur einen Haus-/Wohnungsschlüssel erhält, sollte zumindest die Hausklingel und das vorhandene Mikrofon funtionieren. In allen Fällen haben wir auf Reklamationen verzichtet, weil wir zu den Zeiten, an welchen es uns passend erschien, kein Mitarbeiter zu erreichen war - außer Sicherheitsdienst! |

die lage, die wz / küche einrichtung, sowie das bad das zimmer wurde in den 14 tagen nicht einmal gereinigt, den müll mussten wir allein herunter bringen. wir waren im eg untergebracht und hatten im sz keine vorhänge zum zuziehen. wir hatten keinen fön, keinen dvd player, der fernseher war ein altes, kleines modell. es gab nur 3 deutsche fernsehprogramme. die handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt, das toilettenpapier mussten wir selbst kaufen. die scränke waren mit reinigungsgeräten blockiert. internetanschluß im sz. die betten quietschend und unbequem, der weg zum strand ist sehr umständlich. alles in allem anders als angepriesen, nicht weiter zu empfehlen, die bezeichnung hotel ist falsch. |

Sehr gut hat mir gefallen, dass eine Tiefgarage vorhanden ist und somit der PKW stets sicher geparkt werden konnte. Es gab ein kleines nettes Zimmer mit völlig ausreichender Küchenzeile. Bis zum Strand läuft man keine 5 Minuten. Alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. An der Rezeption spricht man sehr gut deutsch, die Dame war auch sehr nett! Der TV-Empfang ließ zu Wünschen übrig aber darum gehts ja beim Urlaub auch nicht. |

Großzügige Anlage in unmittelbarer Strandlage, gute An- und Einbindung in das örtliche Geschehen bei trotzdem sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Erreichbarkeit der Ansprechpartner ist ungenügend, so dass Reklamationen nicht direkt vorgebracht werden können. Beispiel: ein zu kleines Bettlaken konnte nicht gegen passendes ausgetauscht werden, da kein Ansprechpartner vorhanden war. |

Das Ihr Mitarbeiterin sehr gut deutsch sprechen konnte. Der Fernseher im App. 105 ist viel zu klein. Der Geschirrspüler ist sehr schön, nur leider zu wenig Geschirr, das wäre pure Wasserverschwendung. |

Freundliche&bemühte mitarbeiter,sicheres urlaubsgefühl(durch security),super preis-leistung,tolle lage,moderne-saubere-gepflegte ferienanlage mit gutem niveau&hohem standart,würden&werden dort wiederurlaub machen dann aber im apartementy sun&snow strand(gebäude liegen ruhiger hinter der 1.promenadenreihe mehr zum strand )oder im sun&snow spa-da dort die nutzung von sauna,fitnessraum,jacuzzi im preis enthalten ist Bei zimmern an der promenade kann es zu einem höheren geräuschpegel kommen(durch warenanliefrungen bzw.die im erdgeschoß befindlichen restaurantes&deren freisitze sowie die dort befindlichen geschäfte,kontaktsprache bevorzugt englisch(mitarbeiter können wenig deutsch),in der anlage fehlt ein kinderspielplatz,kaffemaschiene gehört selten zur ausstattung |

Der Kollege an der Rezeption war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr schöne Lage und war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das preis-Leistungsverhältnis gefällt uns. Das Bett war sehr schmal und die Kopfkissen waren zu groß. Der Fernseher hatte nur ein programm und es fehlte eine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine. Aber das sind alles Nebensächlichkeiten. |
