+ Det var nära till turistattraktioner. + Frukost var i avtalad tid, punktligt. + Mycket fint golv i rummet.

- Det centrala läget gjorde att halva natten var mycket hög ljudnivå. - Hade lite svårt att nå fysiskt personal vid ankomsten, något som skapade förvirring, osäkerhet och kostnader för telefonsamtal. - En person fick fel frukost. Vi saknade kaffe på rummet, det fanns tepåsar. - Utan reception var vi osäkra kring betalningen. - Vi fick en mindre handduk men två mattor för golvet.

The apartment was very clean and the staff very helpful. The cooked breakfast every morning was a definite bonus. The location was perfect and I would certainly stay here again

As the building is old the wooden staircase was a bit of an issue as it was in need of repair. However the manager did apologize for this on our arrival and they are trying to do something about it.

Fantastic place located in the centre of Torun. We enjoyed our time.

Absolutely unpolite service. There was nobody wellcome us when we was arriving, even if we had informed Apartement our exact arriving time by e-mail. The office was closed.and nobody even answered our phone calls! A pair of cleaners took care us and they get contact to staff after few phone calls. Appartement was also.hard to findand it was noisy at night due to several bars outside.

The style,kitchenette,comfort,Price,and most definately the Location!!!

The only thing was the jacuzzi was a little cold

Clean, well situated in the middle of Torun old town

Window opening in front of a wall (1meter away). Window at hand level not possible to open wide due to the horizontal location of the hinge.two huge vertical exhaust pipes on the wall in front of the window, wit outlet at the level of the window. A strong smell of varnish in the room : the volatile organic compounds made me sick (head ache, nausea, belly ache) and it was absolutely impossible to get fresh air due to the type of window. The room I was staying in is dangerous. I was so sick that I had to spend my second night from 3 to 6 am (time I had to leave to get a flight in Warsaw at noon) directly lying on the floor, the face 20cm from the (opened) door! The people I met there were nice but rather absent! This place is not an hotel, there is no reception nor any lobby. When I arrived, nothing was indicated in the corridors, no number on the room doors, and the woman I met in the stairway almost did not look at my reservation and drove me to a room. I tried twice to go to the appartment she had indicated me as being the "reception", but it was closed..Nobody was there, although she had told me that she would be there at any time. Two other costumers had the same problem. As a result, I could not inform her about the problem in the room, nor pay the room. Now I will have to pay from France, which is much complicated.. This place should be controlled by Polish health and security authorities

Apartamenty Torun is well located in the heart of the Old Town. It is beautiful inside, with all amenities attended to. The breakfast was delicious and arrived at the appointed time in the hands of a gracious waiter. It's a fine, elegant place which is well worth more than the price.

Would have appreciated better signs at the doorway marking the entry and telling us that the staff would be nearby. We waited a few minutes before he appeared to show us in. When he did arrive, he was very gracious and helpful.

Staff were friendly, accomodating. Location on the main square in the old town was excellent. Room facilities were very good, there was even a TV in the bathroom

No Lift

Excellent location on the main square. Well-renovated and spacious rooms with excellent cooked breakfast. Friendly staff.

No comfortable lounge chairs in flat. Failure to bring breakfast as ordered on last morning when we left early.

We stayed in apartments only for one night but planning to come back shortly as fell in love with the place. Beautifully design and extremely comfortable apartment with a free use of roof terrace and jacuzzi. Even though checking in time was 2pm we were allowed to check in before and offered a free use of jacuzzi after check out. Apartments are located in the main square so all city attraction are on a door step, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Staff polite, helpful and very friendly. Looking forward to return trip.

Perfect location, huge rooms, new equipment, free WiFi.

Coffee at breakfast ! - at this price and with such nice location and apartment coffee machine for espresso should be in the room. Instant coffee served on breakfast is undrinkable. But this is minor issue.

Niesamowite miejsce o standardzie hotelu 4*! Wejście z płyty Starego Rynku. Pachnie nowoscią- wnetrza urządzone ze smakiem

Niestety nie jest to dobre miejsce dla osób majacych problemy z narządem ruchu- strome schody jak to w starych kamienicach..to jedyny "-"

Strome schody bez windy, ale czego wymagać po zabytkowej kamienicy. Byliśmy z dwójką małych dzieci I nie był to wielki problem.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Czyste,zadbane pokoje. Bardzo ladny wystrój. Sniadanie podane do pokoju .

Personnel très gentil , le petit déjeuner servi dans l'appartement. L'appartement très spacieux. Nous souhaitons d'y revenir.

Платная парковка на месте оказалась занятой, хоть мы и заплатили за нее 20 злотых.

Pomysł na zagospodarowanie, połączenie stylów. W pokoju nr 12 sporo miejsca. Wszystkie dodatki w pełni użyteczne (w TV wejście USB - mały Pen-drive i możemy oglądać filmy, słuchać muzyki itp.). Faktycznie słychać było odgłosy dyskoteki ale mnie to np. usypiało :-) (delikatne dźwięki). Za to pani Paulina i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania OK. No i położenie - samo centrum.

Małe niuanse takie jak brak suszarki do naczyń, czy mała półeczka pod prysznicem na płyny do kąpieli, stosunkowo za mały bojler (tak mi się wydaje że jest taki system podgrzewania wody) bo dla dwóch osób było na styk - golenie to już zimna woda. I to wsio :-)
