The apartment was spacious and close to supermarket. The bed was very uncomfortable with some kind of palstik cover and the bedding was of lowest quality

The place was so clean and warm and well decorated! The location was excellent. The WiFi worked great. I felt right at home! The bed was a little uncomfortable but not bad!

I really enjoyed this apartment, the location and the staff! Everything occurred according to the plan, and if not so, the staff dealt with it instantaneously. Good english speaking staff, not so common in those areas witch is good. It has a supermarket meters away witch is great to enjoy your apartment. The room was on the top floor and it was a bit cold (or not so warm), still, the staff dealt with the problem as soon as we've told them, and the problem was solved! Perfect answer for our problems. Perfect stay.

good bright spacious apartments, friendly staff, great location. Zakopane is a great town, very suitable for groups where not everyone is participating in winter sports as there are other things to do. absolutely nothing!

The apt. Was brilliant, lovely and clean, and spacious, the location was excellent. The staff were really friendly, and very helpful, organising the transfers, and staying in touch when we were delayed, meeting us eventually, with a big smile and a warm welcome even at 1 in the morning. There wasn't anything to dislike

Clean, spacious and close to the city center. Has no screen on windows so insects and moths entered the room when we opened the windows to cool off the apartment as it was hot. There is no air-conditioning. They only clean the room after you leave NOT during your stay.

The apartment was excellent value for money and perfectly sized for a family of two adults and three children. The kitchen facilities were very good and the place was clean and tidy. The included parking spot was also very suitable as the Zakopane city center was within walking distance from the hotel. And Zakopane is lovely. Difficult to find something negative to write about without picky, but perhaps the room was slightly worn as rented apartments tend to be with time. But nothing alarming.

Super miejsce na wyoczynek w górach, gorąco polecamy. Któregoś dnia przepaliła się nam zarówka w łazience, zapomnieliśmy zgłościć rano na recepcji, wieczorem po powrocie do apartamentu żarówka była już wymieniona. Polecamy. Nieposypany podjazd przy wyjeździe z parkingu na ulicę, co w warunkach zimowych powodowało że ślizgały się wyjeżdzające samochody z parkingu.

Отдыхали с 20.02 по 01.03.13 года. Хорошее расположение - до Губалувки 10 минут, до магазина 3 минуты, наличие собственной стоянки отсутствие микроволновки на мини-кухне Слабая звукоизоляция

Мы жили в вилле Мотылек. Очень уютные, просторные, светлые апартаменты. Остались только самые положительные впечатления. Персонал свободно говорит по-русски. В номере спутниковое TV с тремя российскими каналами, WI-FI - бесплатно в номерах (нигде на сайте об этом не написано). Камином в гостиной пользовались, и не раз - тяга отличная. Мы воспользовались услугой предоставленного трансфера и встречи в аэропорту - встретили вовремя, доставили "в лучшем виде", по адекватным ценам (обговаривались заранее по e-mail). На четвертый день пребывания пришла горничная убраться и заменить полотенца. Все продумано: с начала заезда были на кухне и сахар-соль, и ср-во для мытья посуды, губки, и вся необходимая посуда и т.д. На этаже была комната для курения - что большая редкость для европейских гостиниц. Можно смело рекомендовать - очень понравилось. Единственно, что побеспокоило - плохая шумоизоляция. Уезжающие ночью гости не остались незамеченными:)

Превосходная квартира с гаражом. Есть все необходимое. Посуда кухонная утварь, гладильные принадлежности, пылесос и все необходимое для уборки. Персонал самостоятельно занимается уборкой, но так было приятней, и привычней. Отличная отделка, тепло в холодную погоду. Камин, большой стол и удобные кресла. Всего не перечислить. Превосходно!!!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben 1 Woche in Zakopane Skiurlaub gemacht und die Wohnung war gut gelegen, nicht weit zu den Skigebieten der Region, Supermarkt direkt nebenan, Shopping in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Parkplätze sind nur für Bewohner des Hauses zugänglich (insgesamt 8 Ferienwohnungen).

To była moja trzecia wizyta - jeśli jeszcze przyjadę do Zakopanego to rezerwację rozpocznę od TWW. Przestronne dobrze wyposażone apartamenty, dobra lokalizacja. Kominek.Sprawnie działający internet.Zamykany parking.Polecam.
