It's a magic place, perfectly arranged within an old railway station.The mini-hotel with two elegant maxi-suites and the luxurious restaurant make an extraordinary place for staying in the atmosphere of serenity, close to nature, far away from troubles and anxiety of everyday life. Friendly and competent staff. Excellent food. |

Everything! History, comfort, service, luxury, location. This is a fantastic find. If it wasn't so far from the UK we'd go regularly! If you're anywhere within a hundred miles it is well worth the detour. Mosquitoes! Not the anyones fault, but don't forget insect repellent. Netting the small opening windows would help and maybe a fan. |

We got to pratice Arabic seeing that at least 25 of the 40 tv channels were in this language and that there was not even 1 tv channel in English!!! Sorry, but this is the only "good" point I can come up with... Don't know where to start! They charged me 160pln for the sauna at check out while no one there or nothing on the sauna's door or on booking.com indicated we had to pay for it and btw, to use it you need to ask 3 hours before so they can warm it. This is also the 1st hotel I've seen with no reception and had to ask to the restaurant to find them our arrival and each time we had questions. They didn't clean the room while we stayed there. Also, the appartments are more than 3 km away from the town of Bialowieza and they do not have bikes to rent at all so we had to walk 3km with our luggage to get there and some more to visit the city and the reserve. Breakfast is from 9 to 11.30 which is far to late if you want to do some visiting |

Interesting history associated with the hotel and area. Helpfull staff. Very good food. Interesting to stay in such a different type of hotel building (converted water tower) |
