Good location in Kazimierz. Nice furnishings in room. The mattresses in the beds were not good, very bumpy and hard, meaning that you could not get a good nights sleep. Very important when vacationing and walking much of the day. Also, be aware of noisy streetcar traffic in rooms facing the main street. |

Two spacious rooms nicely decorated with all needed room facilities: frig, water kattle, micowave oven, regular small cooking oven, washing machine. Excellent. No room service. Too many electric coded doors to open. No air condition. |

Excellent value for money for a family or a larger group travelling together. Centrally located, clean, and roomy. Directions to apartment could be improved. Handling of door access codes could also be improved. |

It was pretty close to both shopping areas and the center. The room was large and comfortable. It was nice having a bedroom separate from the living room/kitchen, so we could put the kids down for naps and not have to be extremely quiet. Don't think we'll go back to just a regular hotel room. The lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. |

Very large well furnished apartments. Much nicer than a hotel bedroom. Central for both the old town and the Jewish quarter. As is often the case in the old Eastern block countries, the apartments have been renovated to a high standard but the communal areas are semi derilict. Once you are over the shock of this the apartments are great. |

Stor ljus och fint möblerad våning . Nära till gamla stan. Bra service. Spårvagnen som passerade precis utanför. Frukosten var ej prisvärd, riktigt dålig. |

profesjonalne zaangażowanie pracowników recepcji, bliskość do miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. brudna podłoga, posprzątany powierzchownie, rozwalające się "antyczne" szafy, niestety śmierdzące w środku. No i przerażający wygląd klatki schodowej, który należy potraktować jednak jako jako tzw. folklor dzielnicy oraz spotkania z pijanymi lub używającymi na schodach stałymi mieszkańcami kamiennicy co obniża w emocjonalnym pojęciu standard hotelu. |

Színvonalas antik berendezés, nagy alapterületű, tágas apartman, megoldott parkolási lehetőség, a nevezetességek gyalog könnyen elérhető távolságban vannak Nyitott ablaknál problémás az alvás a villamoszaj miatt, gyerekeknek szóló tvcsatorna hiánya |

Luxusný, čistý priestranný byt s dvoma kúpeľňami, pohodlný pre 5 dospelých. Vstup do bytového domu aj do bytu je na číselný kód (nie na kľúč), takže "kľúče" má vlastne každý obyvateľ bytu. Všetko bolo v poriadku |

Wir kamen aufgrund einer Zugverspätung von 5 Stunden erst nachts um 1:00 Uhr an. Für die Mitarbeiter war es nach telefonischer Klärung keine Frage, dass jemand solange auf uns wartet. Tatsächlich harrte der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter solange aus und begrüßte uns trotz der immensen Verspätung mit überschwenglicher Freundlichkeit. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Als wir 2 Wochen später am Ende unserer Fahrradrundreise im Hotel Florian ein Zimmer buchen wollten, weigerte sich die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin (die zudem sehr schlechtes Englisch sprach), die Fahrräder über Nacht im Haus unterzustellen und verwies auf den kostenlosen Parkplatz im Freien. Das war in 10 Jahren Fahrradreisen ein Novum für uns und ist für uns Grund genug, das Hotel/Apartment Florian nicht mehr zu buchen und auch nicht weiter zu empfehlen. |

Estava ben situat Ens van canviar l'apartament que nosaltres havíem reservat classificat de luxós, per dos apartaments que estaven comunicats amb menys serveis. Ens van dir que agafàvem el que ells ens oferien o que ens busquéssim la vida. Volíem comparar-los i no ens van voler ensenyar el que havíem reservat. Ens van enviar diferents e-mails per avisar-nos del canvi però vam comprovar que tot el que hi deien no era cert. Van mostrar molta falta de serietat i de professionalitat turística. Per això no recomanem aquests apartaments. |

Хорошее месторасположение. Понравился интерьер отеля, наполненость номеров бытовой техникой. Отсутствие кондиционера, сломанные стулья и отсутствие обеденного стола. |

Mannen i receptionen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Väldigt fin "salongskänsla", högt i tak och antika möbler. Bra läge nära den judiska stadsdelen som är väldigt pittoresk. Möjligen var sängarna lite hårda. |

Piękne, antyczne urządzone wnętrza, wyborne dla Narzeczonych. Bardzo dobra cena w porównaniu z innymi obiektami tej klasy. Szkoda, że zamiast natrysku nie ma wanny. |
