Zgoda Apartments are located in the center of Warsaw, less than a 10-minute walk from Warsaw Central Station. It offers spacious rooms and apartments with free internet and a sitting area. We liked the design and comfort of the hotel. The rooms were really clean. Location was great and staff were really helpful. Almost all we needed was available. Real value for mony. It was in the very center of the city but very quite too. Our apartment view was great and facing the famous city tower. Will come again for sure. Thank you Everything was great but having a safe deposit box, a toaster and a washing machine in the apartment could be a reall good point.

As always, the studios and apartments are great. The double or queen-size beds are great, the kitchenette excellent, the flat screen TV and bathrooms very modern. The lengthy ground floor renovations are finally almost over.

Great location just 2mins close to Nowi Swiat str. 2 room appartment and very comfortable. LAN broadband internet connection. No maps or city information provided by the hotel staff. Breakfast was extra charged. They didn't change the bed sheets and towels for all 4 days that I stayed.

I have stayed many times over several years at Zgoda Apartments and I find the staff extremely helpful and friendly. When I arrived, a beach towel I had left a year ago or more and forgotten about, was waiting for me in a bag at the desk! The suites and apartments are very comfortable, the bed I had this time was exceptional. Excellent free hard-wire Internet (patch cords provided). This is not the least expensive apartment hotel or service in Warsaw, but it may be the best. The location is excellent, with nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. In five or ten minutes you are at the Warsaw Centrum subway station, and even closer to bus and tram stops. A twenty minute stroll along Nowy Swiat and past the President's Palace gets you to the Royal Castle and the old town. On the lower floors, you will hear late-night party-goers passing by on Friday and Saturday nights ...

Convenient location. Quiet inside. Friendly staff. Shower problem (difficult to get hot water). No towel rails. We expected a kitchenette in both our rooms, but only one of them included it. Insufficient amount of fruit at breakfast. No honey.

Friendly and smily staff 1. No cable tv were avaiable although it was advertzed. Only Free 'News" chanels and one dw english news. No pay tv english channels. 2. WIFI interanet service is avaiable although they don;'t have any idea about wirless connection can be done into my room. I came down the reception with my computer and requested them to give me the pass word and got the connection. 3. NO room service is avaiable, NO iron service is avaiable. 4. They have have small resturant only for breakfast. 5. Heating was perfect.Taxi calls from receiption were perfect.

Great location - you can walk to the main railway station (15 minutes) and the Royal Route (5 minutes) & the airport bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. Nice rooms.

Location was good, staff were very helpful, accommodation was clean and very comfortable, having 'kitchen' option was something we had not done before in a hotel and I would choose to stay again in the future. None - all staff helpful at all times.

Location is first class, couldn't be better. Excellent staff who speak good English and are pleasant to deal with. Small room, terrible wi fi in the room, kept dropping out, confusion regarding passwords; to connect one has to go downstairs. Bad black mark in what otherwise could be a recommendation.
