Location very good (but not excellent), everything else just great. Forgot Kindle, they notified me by that evening, worked with that night's hotel staff and was express mailed without issue. Walking distance from train. Would stay again.

Street numbers not straightforward in area. If walking, across street (& small parking lot) from large city admin building ( next to Mexican restaurant).

The staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent location. The room was large, clean and very well equipped

The apartment complex is fairly new, our apartment had no dings, or worn spots. Close to transportation, all type of food in the neighborhood. Shopping very close by. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Very clean, liked the cooking facilities, tea and coffee replaced every day.

This is a fantastic accommodation if you are staying in Warsaw. It is literally steps from the city center and the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was literally immaculately clean and was rather spacios.Our beds were great to sleep in after a busy day in the city. A special word of appreciation goes to the staff, especially Johana, who were very attentive to our needs, welcoming and helpful. The internet in the room is wired but you don't need your own cable as it is already there. The WiFi is in the lobby. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely do that again, once we are in Warsaw.

English spoken. Staff was very helpful and could answer all our questions. There was some street noise but then again...you are located in the very city center!Location is excellent: city center amidst the shopping and culture district but only a short 15 minute walk from the old town. I especially liked the view we had from our room on the Kultur Palac! When I return to Warsaw, I will certainly stay here again.

Friendly welcome is always a good start and wasn't let down. Nice people who work here . Breakfast was good , plenty to eat lots of different cheese's , cold meats , yogurts cereals etc , the chef also cooked me scrambled egg & sausage so was very happy with that. Rooms were very clean & fresh , no complaints there .(Room506) I stayed there on Oct 15th/16th for the Poland v England football game & really enjoyed my stay there. This hotel is only 10mins walk to the central station , very convenient .

The Hotel was well located with a good selection of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walking radius. The Hotel was clean and well presented

I was forced to overnight again in Warsaw after a business trip out of town and a late train connection was not going to make my flight. After changing the flight for the following day, I was then in need of a hotel room for the night. Unfortunately England was Playing Poland in Warsaw and there was a massive shortage of rooms and hence Hotels started to hike the prices ridiculously off the scale. I eventually settled for the Zgoda, but at over £300.00 for one night!! So although I would stay at the Zgoda again it would certainly not be at this price point. I think around £50-£80 would be a fair price.

Hotel staff was very friendly. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, but it was no problem at all, as room was already ready, and we were able to go to room without waiting. Also hotel made surprise for us, giving us a better room, than we have booked, with great city view, at no additional cost. Room was very beautiful, comfortable and sunny. Hotel location is at the center of Warsaw, with a lot of shops and various restaurants nearby.

hotel is in the centre of warsaw, close to the central railway station, there isn't much facilities but it is worth your money, room was broad enought, and cooking equipments and other kitchen equipments was enought, and clean. staffs were very friendly,

İ stayed at floor ten, there was an air circulation problem, some times my room and corridoors smell bad, İ think it was the cooking smell of lower floors' or cafe,

It was a great location I.E. very central. It is very much suitable for independent individuals who do not mind cooking for themselves. Better be staying on the highest floor to avoid the street noise. As I was staying on the 10th floor, it was just good enough for me.

Clean, decent apratment rooms with integrated kitchen and cutlery included; if located on the highest floor, you will keep yourself away from the street noises well enough;

Great location near the city center and the underground; nice staff, both receptionists and maid. And our apartment had a great view too!

Great location not far from central station. Close to restaurants and shops and good locale to grab a quick bus ride to old town. Rooms clean and spacious with multi language TV. Could not fault this we had a great time.

Location 300m from Palac Kultury I Nauki and metro station. Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Just perfect *** od budget **** apartments. Would recommend and return with pleasure.

Good location, 10 minutes from Central Station. A lot of restaurants just across the street. Friendly, English speaking staff. Internationale TV programs.

Good location close but not to close to the centre of things. Easy walking distance if your keen.

Wifi is oly available in the lobby. So if you have some business to sort out you have to go down to the lobby and conduct from there. Hotel is hard wired if you are able to connect up your PC,&c. But if not, into the lobby you go.
