Friendly and helpful staff, good sized and comfortable room. Rather a long way out from the centre, though there was a bus stop very close by. Also I would say the choice at breakfast was limited. |

Free internet. Nice location. Only 3 bus stops to the city center Requirement to pay for the stay when checking in. Mean staff. The room was never cleaned during our stay (3 nights). Bad towels, very old. Bad sound isolation. Poor breakfast. |

The staff were excellent, the facilities were good (decent breakfast, tv, clean, etc). It is not a fancy hotel, but really serves as a definition for how a family type hotel should be run and is very good value for money. A fan in the room could be nice (then again, I was there on probably the hottest day that it would be). Also, the hotel is pretty much on the edge of the range that you'd want to be from the old town. |

Nice setting, close to all things around Krakow. English speaking staff with good and helpful knowledge of the area. Excellent value. Would stay there again. |

courteous staff, quiet, clean. Very accessible parking, easy to catch the bus nearby. Good breakfasts. Small shower stalls for us big Americans. Too easy to hit the heat control when turning around. But, exciting! |

It was not far from the central square in the centre of Krakow just two bus stops away. very good buffet breakfast. Poor signing from main road to hotel Spent some finding the hotel. more signs for the person on foot. no restaurants in this area for people arriving on a late flight other wise a good hotel |
