courteous staff, quiet, clean. Very accessible parking, easy to catch the bus nearby. Good breakfasts. Small shower stalls for us big Americans. Too easy to hit the heat control when turning around. But, exciting! |

It was not far from the central square in the centre of Krakow just two bus stops away. very good buffet breakfast. Poor signing from main road to hotel Spent some finding the hotel. more signs for the person on foot. no restaurants in this area for people arriving on a late flight other wise a good hotel |

Large living area/bedroom. Very friendly and helpful staff, this applied to all of the staff. We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.Perhaps a choice of a cooked breakfast rather than the cold buffet/continental style but everything else was fine. |

We liked the breakfast, the decor was warm and comfortable. We arrived quite late in the pouring rain and could'nt get anything to eat, there was no tea making facilites, we were given a kettle but no t. bags etc. I felt as the hotel is a bit out of the way more effort should be made to provide snacks etc. I realise now this hotel is much better for people with a car. |

Pleasent and helpful staff, good breakfast, the garden, access to Internet freely availble. Perhaps a comfortable lounge or sitting room to meet and have a chat. |

Hotel liegt etwas ungünstig, aber akzeptabel, für einen kurzen Aufethalt von 1-3 Tagen zu empfahlen. Hotel einrichtung ist Renovierungsbedürftig, Badeinrichtung aus den 60er 70 Jahren, lose Plastik Ablagen, Duschakbine Türen lose usw. |
