Excellent location, good price, very nice, helpful staff. Nice and quiet at night, yet close to everything. Very small room, not a great bed, but everything was adequate. I did not like the lack of an in-room safe. The location made up for everything.

Location was very convenient- 50m away from Krakow Glowny railway station, very important for travellers; very nice breakfast ( served in different building though- in Bar Bistro), clean and warm room (very important as the tempereture outside was - 20 C. highly recommended doskonala lokalizacja- 50m od Dworca PKP Krakow Glowny (rowniez Galerii Krakowskiej) ;D; bardzo pyszne sniadanie w formie bufetu szwedzkiego(mozliwosc zamowienia jajecznicy) - w oddzielnym budynku tylko oddalonym kilka metrow od hotelu. cieply i czysty pokoj. polecam

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Well eqiuipped clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect for everything including public transport. The breakfast was good with the addition of fried or scrambled eggs if required.

Simple, nice helping English speaking staff, quiet, not too big so not too crowded, good location in the center, not in the middle of the confusion, next to the train station. Everything very clean and neat. The cleaning procedures are explained for better privacy, so fair enough. Small practical kitchen with the basics that was great to prepare breakfast and late meals. We stayed three nights and honestly we didn't need more than this. Thanks!

Very clean & tidy with modern fittings. Free wifi was good too. Only stayed one night so not much to say. The girl on the front desk could do with a bit more training, she had limited english & wasnt sure how to put through payments - she said it was her first day.

Cheap and perfect location for convenience to train (transfer from airport) shopping. Ten minute walk to old market square. Too warm would need fan or air conditioning especially in Summer. Bed uncomfortable

Close to train and bus stations. Small but fully equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet location a short walk from sightseeing. Nearby the Krakow Galleria for fast food and groceries. Very good value.

Very friendly staff speaking excellent English; 24-hour reception and covenient location for railway station (3 mins) and Rynek (7 mins). Quiet apart from Rooks at Dawn! Good brakfast at adjacent cafe.

Very central place, near the railway stations and Old town with the shopping center and a cafe near too.A clean rooms with the comfort beds and a very guiet inside.Kitchennet with a refrigerator is a big bonus.Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very good value for money A little problem with bath. No climatizacion.

The small well equipped kitchen, quiet rooms, no stairs and very helpful staff. I was suprised that the bin in the room were not emptied each day and that there was no cleaner in the toilet as the room was not touched for the five days we stayed at the hotel.

Very central, near railway station and shopping centre. In off a main street which meant it was very quiet inside - couldn't hear any traffic noises. Also, around the corner from Krakow City Tours office and Bus terminus. Room a bit small, but good value for money.
