Service in the hotel was excellent. Hotel location is good, under 100m from big shopping center and 5-10 minutes walking from old city center. Bus/train station is also under 100m distance. |

THE aparthotel was very central to all amenities and was within walking distance to city centre. Once there there was no more need for taxi's or buses unless you went on a tour. The towels and bedlinen are only changed on request |

nothing, the service was bad, i had to climb 4 flights of stairs, the batroom was a cupboard... everything. I did not enjoy my stay at all |

the staff was very friendly and very good at giving you information we didnt like the breakfast situation twice we went over at different times and there was nothing left not even a tea bag one morning we had nothing to eat and was told there was no eggs no meats no teabags left we had to go elsewhere to find something to eat i dont think thats very good when we had already paid to have breakfast do you |

The receptionist was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The breakfast at the Bella Mama restaurant was good. The location was very convenient to the city center, bus station, and shopping The hallway noise is loud. Many guests came in late (after 2 AM) and woke us up. I am not sure if there is anything that can be done about this. Also, the beds are a bit hard. |

I stayed there with my sister for three night and found that the staff were lovely always polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble i would certainly recommend the hotel. The one thing i did not like was the beds for me they were too firm but of course that it a personal choice. |

the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent - close to the station and the old quarter, but quiet. Breakfast (included in the price) was substantial. not much room for storing clothes in the bedroom; two beds a long way apart; nowhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom. |

Die Zimmer waren schlicht, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begeht. Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. |

Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione dei pullmann dove arriva la navetta della Wizzair da Katowice Airport. A un passo dalle mura del centro, a mezzo passo dalla piazza dove partono i pullmann per i più comuni luoghi di interesse. |

Hotel jest zadbany i czysty. Obsługa uprzejma i pomocna. Hotel cichy i przytulny. Poza tym atutem jest położenie hotelu blisko centrum oraz możliwość zaparkowania samochodu przy samym hotelu za niewielką opłatą w porównaniu z cenami w Krakowie. |

Świetna lokalizacja- w samym centrum ,dobry dojazd,parking pod hotelem, miła obsługa, spokój. Pokoje schludne, pierwszego dnia czysto, świeżo. Przyjemna łazienka. Przez trzydni pobytu nie były zmieniane ręczniki i nie był opróżniany kosz na śmieci, nikt nie sprzątał! Mój pokój był bardzo mały, ale koleżanka mieszkająca w pokoju obok miała duży pokój . |
