Beaucoup d'espace. Des chambres enormes.

Le monsieur gros qui fait d'administrateur est véritablement insupportable. Dés qu'il voit un étranger il veut l'arnaquer. Normalement le taxi de l'aeroport á l'hötel coüte 60 zlotys mais il m'a demandé 90.

Very nice big apartments, very friendly staff, good location, old romantic building, oak-trees furniture and parquet. Very nice impressions!

Parking is not close to hotel.

It's near the city centre. It offers spacious rooms.

Krakow deserves a visit, Florian apartment can ruin it. Hotel is not bad, but the managing system is terrible. They are not flexible at all. You have to check in at the hotel and then walk to your room/apartment in a different building. If you choose to have breakfast "in" the hotel, you'll walk 15/20 minutes to get to a restaurant and have it.

Good location, only 10 minute walk to the market square. We had fresh towels and the bin changed every day and the staff were really helpful in organizing taxi transfers. The apartment was very spacious and was a lot better than what we expected because of the price we paid for it! The kitchen facilities were excellent.

There was no lock on the bathroom door, the shower curtain was too short and the shower head squirted water vertically meaning that the bathroom ended up flooding.

Really big apartmens near by Old Town with antique furniture and kitchen. Looking like a flat.

The apartments are ideally located close to the main square and Jewish Quarter so you are able to get around easily on foot. They are furnished and appointed to a basic standard but nonetheless have everything needed for a short break. We stayed in Apartment 14 and found it to be quiet at night.

Kitchen is pretty basic, would have liked a few more accessories and utensils such as a coffee maker and toaster.

The location is decent and accessible to old town and the tram system.

The location was mostly convenient, although a bit tough to find initially. The booking agent was great - recommended a fantastic restaurant and gave lots of good advice. The cleaning staff was waiting outside for us to greet us with a smile - awesome. Keyless entry was a bonus.

It was in the basement which was dark and damp. There was no fridge and the whole apartmenty thing - pick up the key in one place and then have to go to another is a bit confusing to us north Americans.

It was really central and very clean

The aptm is very close to the old town, 10 min walking to the Market Square. There is everything you need for a short stay. As the doors are coded, there are no problems checking out early.

Our aptm was on the 5th floor w/o lift, so if your heart as weak, better avoid it. The walls require some repainting and also there was a huge spider that met us on one of the beds. It is an old house and smells funghi or very old smoke fumes; I was coughing all the time. Also if someone smokes in the below aptm, fumes come to your room thru open windows in summer time. We would not have expected someone to enter the place during our 2 nights stay, but surprisingly towels were changed after the 1st night (not eco-friendly at all). Parking is located ~10 min walking from the aptm. Not too bad, but this info could be on the description already.

There is no lift - lots and lots of stairs to climb each day (8 flights).

Location was very good and there was plenty of space for us to use. Two bathrooms was also a bonus with effectively four adults this helped in the morning. Keyless entry system als worked well and was of great benefit when we had to check out early to catch our flight home.

As a self catering appartment for 6 people there were two cups, no set of 6 glasses or any other crockery. The plugs for the kettle and two ring cooker did not work although by relocating them we were able to use. The details also stated there was a microwave which was not there. For breakfast self catering would be possible but anything more would be challenging. No washing line or pegs on the small balcony led to a t- shirt being lost to a garden three floors down. The instructions for checking in specifed the appartments location and not the actual reception, this is quite a distance from the appartments. We were fortunate to have seen them during our travels prior to checking in and also to have no luggage with us. (We would have been able to phone) but had we arrived late this could have caused some problems.

The apartments are close to the main objects. Good for unsophisticated city visitors.

We could not enter apartments for more than 1 hour because of coded door problems.The problem was solved too long. The house is old, bad smell, bedding not clean. Parking is far away from apartaments. Better to park in front of house if you find a free place.

Check-in logistics is completely unacceptable if your luggage exceeds single backpack. It is your problem to find the check-in office at unpublished address "700 meters away"; it is your problem to transport your luggage from check-in point to actual residence if you have no car; it is your problem to transport a staff member who should open rooms for you; it is your problem how to stop your car at 1-lane street for luggage unload. "Car parking" service offered by hotel is just a fake. For 40 PLN they offer you to park car at a busy sidewalk nearby to the office (700 m from rooms; luggage?). Actually, there are safe private parkings with comparable price 200 meters from rooms, and some staff member know about it. Poor room safety. They use 4-digit PIN instead of room key. This PIN is known to unknown number of staff members, it is supplied to you by voice in presence of other people, and it can be easily intercepted by modern video equiplment. Finally: it is not a hotel. It is an apartament rental service. Это вообще не гостиница. Это служба аренды квартир, не имеющая необходимых для гостиницы услуг.

It was cheap. The apartment was clean and fairly newly decorated. The kitchen and shower rooms were excellent.

I arrived at the apartments when I had said on the enquiry and couldn't get in. I had to phone and they said they weren't expecting us. They were, but the person on duty said they didn't know anything but came. Once through the doors onto the internal stairs and courtyard we were dreading what the apartment would be like as this area was very run- down. The bedroom furniture was drab and old fashioned (not art deco as was suggested by the ad)and there were no drawers and nowhere to sit. How can you have no drawers! The furniture does need an upgrade.

Very unfriendly staff, bad ogranization. Firstly we came to appartment, but we understood there that we had to go to receprion, we went there and then went back to appartment. In booking print we had appartment address. Also parking is not close to the appartments. There some parkings much closer. So no sense to buy parking with appartment

It was good value for money

We only had one towel each. The taxi service let us down both times. They were not there at the airport and they didn't arrive to take us to the airport, which was stressful as we had to wander around at 7.30 on a Sunday morning looking for a taxi with all of our luggage

We were luckily upgraded to a larger apartment which had 2 bedrooms and was very spacious. The apartment was very quiet even though it was close to the railway line. Good location as only 6 mins walk to entrance to shopping centre/railway station, and near the main sqaure for bars and restaurants etc.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy another pan as the 2 provided were very small - Carrefour sells them quite cheaply though. There was no microwave as stated, nor an iron. We were also charged an extra "tourist tax" because we stayed more than 2 days and had not been notified of this charge prior to arrival.

Stayed at the Apartments for a stag do with a group of 12. The apartments were exactly what were required; cheap, plenty of beds and excellently located. The apartments we stayed in did not have any 'living area' just bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, however additional beds may have been added and other furniture removed to meet our needs. Would definitely stay here again of visiting with an easy to please group of drinkers.
