Score from 269 reviews Very good
Good value for money Decent size room Big comfortable bed Good Internet connection
No fridge No safe Breakfast came cold Smell of plumbing in the room
staff.. especially Anna, very helpful!
wifi was not working 1 night
Modern hotel with everything you need for a business trip.we stayed only 1 night, but got a very good expression
The breakfast is extensive and a welcome sight after a month in America. You can take the 'healthy' options of fruits and cereals, or the 'rich' options of various cooked and cold-cut meats - or do the right thing and sample all.
The portion sizes of the main meals of an evening left me wanting more - as such I ended up doubling-up and ordering two mains (NB, I am 6'4" and had been in the hotel Fitness room prior to eating).
Comfy Bed Clean room and bathroom Silent Room
No mini bar
Bad location to cities around ,good for seaside
All was good.
I found the menu confusing. I wasn't familiar with many of the ingredients mentioned in the food that was on offer, such as 'wasabi foam'. No doubt, the chef wants to impress, but a more standard menu with typical Polish food would have been preferable!
ideally situated for us (1km walk to a large shopping centre) and slap bang in the middle of Sopot and Gdansk old town. being mainly business users and in a commercial area, the hotel is quiet over weekend. bar is a small informal affair, restaurant serves excellent meals. breakfast has everything you could want including bacon and scrambled eggs. rooms spacious, beds comfy. nice outside area to eat/drink/ people watch. tv has only 1 english speaking news channel, if you need it. there are normally 6 or more in our group and reception are more than happy to call the right sized taxi. (£7 Sopot/ Gdansk)
Very helpful staff, big rooms, delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended.
Everything was clean and comfort.
It is too expensive in comparison to what is offered.
Pleasant modern hotel located close to a main street connecting the city center and the exit from the city. A plenty of shopping places around it. Good Wi-Fi.
clean and modern rooms, very comfortable bed
700 m to walk to public transport
Nice hotel Very clean Staff very friendly
Wifi signal bad in room No safe Delivery & service trucks very loud very early in morning
At first we wondered about the location (we had chosen it on account of a family funeral we had to attend) but were relieved to find there were facilities in the area. Very nice room. Very good breakfast. Apples at the reception desk were a nice (and healthy) change from sweets!
Large room. Good wifi
Air con was broken the entire trip despite numerous complaints. Thick sticky substance all over the bed side table. "satellite tv" had just German and Polish tv stations. Not even the basic channels like bbc world news.
Everything great, big bed, good size room, big soft towels, quiet area.
Area fine for me as customer around the corner but otherwise not much there. Aircon in restaurant a bit cold.
Staff very friendly and helpfull food very good very clean and welcoming
Very good looking new hotel. Very clean and nice staff. BIG plus for not using artificial smells in the room!
Strange location, that´s why didn´t give full points for that. But still located close to main roads and centrum of Gdansk and Sopot.
The staff was very friendly, the room was beautiful. The restaurant was delicious and the gym was great. Location was good at only 8 miles outside of Gdansk central.
facilities are new, squash courts.
Location little bit out of points of interests.
Very friendly staff and extremely supportive. One of the best hotel to stay. Clean, good located. Excellent communication around
Not too closed to attraction.
