We loved the bed which was the most comfortable we have ever slept in :-) And the room was very spacious. The bathroom was very nice. The airconditioning unit was very very noisy so we had to switch it off and then woke up very hot. |

There are a lot of hotels that are using interesting designs as a draw. At the Art Hotel, they do this very well. They get the details right. You can actually choose the type of pillow you want. The soaps are very good quality. One of the most enjoyable hotels I have ever stayed in. |

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The location was spectacular and the room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. While in theory I would recommend this hotel to a business person, the internet in the room did not work and thus my husband had to go to the lobby to use it-even after trying to connect to it through wifi and a cord provided by the hotel staff. |

Rooms were not as advertised; "standard double room" had two unattached single beds, while the "standard plus single room" came with a double bed for two people. The "economy room" was the largest and nicest of all with a double bed for two! We had reserved 5 rooms and were spread out between two seperate buildings and three different floors .... not very well organized. |

I really enjoy the hotel, big and clean rooms. Excellent staff. It is more than a luxury hotel, it is very cozy. If you like a "traditionally perfect" place to stay, this hotel will be a good choice |

location in the centre of town, design of the hotel room wireless did'nt work which was unfortunate, as I was travelling for business. As this was the second time I stayed in the hotel within one month, I was disappointed with the size of the room, as I previously stayed in a larger room for less money. I guess you have to be lucky when you book... |

It was my second stay here, and I like most the comfy and quiet rooms, the breakfast (huge diversity), and the very short walking distance to the city center (Rynek and Place Solny). |
