Excellent throughout

That I couldn't stay there long enough! But parking is a bit expensive

Location was good. Breakfast is varied and tasty.

Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, generally a good choice.

I had ordered and paid extra for a "plus" room, at check out I queried whether my room was a "plus" as it didn't feel quite big enough. The room was very pleasant but smaller than expected.

Really helpful reception staff. Gave us timetable, tram tickets and directions to get to the Zoo. Also booked a taxi for our return trip to the airport. The one free item from the mini bar snack range was a nice touch. Great location for walking around the old town plus loads of great bars and restaurants to choose from nearby.

The whole thing was great from the service to the showers.

The whole stay was excellent - staff so helpful and accomodating. Hotel is well located and in an excellent condition It is equally suited to business and lesure travellers

double room was tiny it was extremely hot in the room and we couldn't adjust temperature so we ended up sleeping with the window open in late December

The Staff were lovely. Even bought me a Xmas present. Sun glasses. I had eye surgery & my eyes were swollen. Staff in the front desk on 22nd were fantastic. The food was great! I had room service. I will definitely come back to Art Hotel. It was my home away from my home in the uk. I just loved the place and the people.

Everything was good! Maybe just adding a few English Channels on the Television as it was all Polish.

I loved everything about Art Hotel. The staff are very kind and respectful. There is value for money. If I was to rank this hotel including its facilities, its a 5 Star hotel. The designs, free computer access and food presentation are excellent.

There food is really nice if your Polish or Italian because its presented very well. However, Londoners or other people may struggle and that has been my main problem. It being a hotel that welcomes people from all over the world, in order to make it more interesting and accommodating, they should introduce British dishes, Caribbean, Chinese and Curries on the menu because there more friendly to travellers. There is no point to sleep in a posh hotel but you worry about the food. "The way to a man's heart is through the stomach". If they can take that on board and introduce diverse dishes from other countries, the place will become 100% accommodative. Thats the only major problem I encountered.

Excellent Hotel - very close to Market Square. Lovely rooms, very clean, comfortable beds and pillow Menu. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. Highly recommended. Wroclaw is a very nice City with lots of bars and restaurants, great Christmas market and everything seems very reasonable price-wise. Overall great hotel and City for a short City break.

Could make better use of reception area - brighten it up a bit.

Located in the old town centre, the hotel is within easy walking distance to the many bars, clubs,tourist attractions and shopping centres situated around the main square. Many of the very helpful Art Hotel staff spoke good English and there was plenty of choice on the breakfast buffet. The room were quiet and the beds comfortable.

Whilst the bathroom facility in the room had been refurbished, the air conditioning unit was very old and needed to be replaced.
