Art Hotel (波兰珍品酒店&度假村)    

The hotel was classy, exceptionally clean and well located for the centre of Wroclaw, would certainly visit this hotel again.

Would have liked to have been able to get the room cooler at night.

Everything from the food to the nice bathrooms. We also had a wonderful of the town.

Atmospheric, beautiful, clean and luxury hotel - my number one in Wroclaw. It's much better than overpriced Granary Hotel. Extremely helpful staff, perfect location, comfy room (standard), free wifi, car park attached, ultra-delightful restaurant with the best steak I've ever had in my life! 10/10

The location is premium, just off the main old town square. Our room was upgraded to a Junior Suite at no extra cost and it was very nice. Marble bath room with bidet and even TV sound control in the bath! TV's in bedroom and sitting room. The restaurant in the hotel is very good.

Parking is a bit difficult as the parking garage is underground, just under the hotel and it is a tight sqeeze! But once in a spot, stay there and walk the town. The parking was free! The bellman was very helpful getting you and the car in and out of the tiny garage.

Classy place. Nicely furnished, decorated. Restaurant was very classy too. Location is great. Easy walk to the Square. Great staff.

Would like to have had help with our luggage. Porter not available when we arrived and there was were steps to enter the reception.

Good location in city center

We booked a senior suite but the room wasn't as charming as the picture we've seen. Only few rooms are in the attic and they told us we should have asked for, even if the picures shown it ... Not fair.

I stayed on this hotel following a surgry so I stayed in my room all day. Negatives: Poor internet connection, few unclear tv channels and uncomfortable bed compare to puro hotel

May-be room was a little warm for me

We were a group of 8 and the service we received was excellent . One of the rooms was not quite up to scratch and when we asked if the room could be changed , there was no hesitation from the staff and moved us immediately . I would certainly go back. The breakfast was excellent .

The tower bell rings 50 times at 6:30 every morning... a little annoying.

It's cosy and very central.

I left the hotel after just one night (I had booked 4). There was so much noise me and my colleague couldn't sleep at all and decided to check out. They were refurbishing rooms next to mine and drilling from 7am on. The wifi advertised everywhere throughout the hotel is simply not working in the rooms. There was a terrible smell in the corridors. Also, price without breakfast is expensive for Wroclaw.

Convenient location for Wroclaw sightseeing, friendly staff, good breakfast and restaurant/bar, very reasonable tariff.

Central location allows for easy access to many Central Wroclaw tourist "must sees". Very comfortable and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dog friendly - absolutely no hassles about my dog or extra charges. Warm and reasonably soundproof rooms.

Restaurant a bit pretentious - not a variety of food especially if vegetarian - but you don't have to eat there. No kettles for hot water in the rooms so can't have tea or coffee without ordering it.

Expensive charge to clean room despite no apparent cleaning having occurred, there was no evidence of extra cleaning ~ no choice given to change room

Felt that breakfast was a bit expensive at 50 PLN per person so had breakfast in one of the many nearby coffee shops, cafes. Not a major issue when on a weekend break though
