I liked friendly staff, clean and nice equipped rooms, many nice things included (like chocolate on the pillows and water) that you could feel welcome. |

The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The Restaurant was very nice with delicious food and was good value. Very big comfortable room with beautiful bathroom. Nice to get an electric kettle in the room as well. Bus stop to Old Town right outside (about 20 minutes trip). Good carpark. While we were there the internet wasn't working well. Our room was at the end of the 2nd floor so perhaps they need another router to improve signal strenghth of wireless. |

This was an amazing find. By far the best hotel during this trip (from 5 hotels, priced up to $150/night), and also the cheapest. |

staff bent over backwards to help the carpark is effectively 3 floors down even though the entry is in from the side of the hill but the staff did offer to help with the bags |

Hotel is situated in silent part of the town and is very good when you are with car. Spacious cosy rooms. Breakfast. There was no choice for food as they bring the prepared dishes to your table, but the same is in many hotels in Poland. |

Az autópálya mellett lönnyen megközelithető,csendes családi házas környék, az 502-es busz megálló a szálloda mellet van és a városközpont 20 perc alatt megközelithető. |

Hotel fajnie położony, rano nie trzeba stać w korkach i łatwo można wyjechać z Krakowa w każdym kierunku (Wieliczka, Zakopane, Wrocław. Dużym atutem tego obiektu jest bezpłatny, monitorowany parking i darmowy dostep do Internetu. Pokoje duże z wygodnymi łóżkami. Bufet śniadaniowy bogaty, a w restauracji bardzo przystępne ceny. Miła obsługa i rodzinny klimat w hotelu. |
