Good breakfast even there are only few peoples during our stay. Nice decoration,little bit far from centre but by car is possible reach within about 15-20min. Free parking,wireless I not use because was a tourist visit city. there are writted somethink like happy hours for beer,but during our stay was not available because bar was not opened,just restaurant. |

We had no negative moments during our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and willing to help (we received detailed information how to get to the city center, etc.) also their spoken english was really good. The rooms were tidy, well equipped and spacious (as for 3 star hotel). The location was also convenient (~20 mins by bus to city centre, bus stop right outside the hotel). Free private parking is also worth mentioning None that I could think of. |

We really liked this hotel. İt was 8 kms from city center but i had a car so no problem. The room was really big, very clean. the staff was very frıendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. |

The hotel was brand new and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. I could warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Krakow especially when travelling with a car since this isn't located in the center. |

Large and comfortable rooms (an extra sofa in a double room), clean, well equipped (kettle, coffee cups etc) and a welcome candy. Bathroom also very nice. Easily reachable by car. Reasonble price. The surroundings. And you have to use stairs to get from the car to the reception (and then again to the room) all your luggage. |

Easy access by car, good location near the highway. Very good breakfast comparing to the size of the hotel. Staff was friendly. Good value for the money, the room & bathroom were very spacious. I did not get the internet working, but the problem might have been in my too-secure-laptop. |

The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The Restaurant was very nice with delicious food and was good value. Very big comfortable room with beautiful bathroom. Nice to get an electric kettle in the room as well. Bus stop to Old Town right outside (about 20 minutes trip). Good carpark. While we were there the internet wasn't working well. Our room was at the end of the 2nd floor so perhaps they need another router to improve signal strenghth of wireless. |

This was an amazing find. By far the best hotel during this trip (from 5 hotels, priced up to $150/night), and also the cheapest. |

De snelle en goede service van het personeel. De hotelkamer was ruim en prima ingericht. Hotel ligt dicht bij de snelweg en daardoor makkelijk te berijken. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op eigen terein. Het hotel beschikt niet over een lift. Voor minder mobiele klanten is daardoor de 3e etage moeilijk te berijken. |

Personeel doet hun best om alles naar wens te laten verlopen. Zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij. Hotel is super schoon! Binnen 15 min ben je met het openbaarvervoer in het centrum. Bus stop vlak bij het hotel. Tram 10 min lopen. Ruime bewaakte parkeerplaats. Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is super. |
