Ascot Hotel

hotel was quite and staff was very helpful. Free wifi was very handy as well

the hotel is conveniently located - within walking distance to the train station and old town.

it is dark on the streets outside the hotel, would prefer if the streets are well lit..

Conveniently near both main railway station and Cracow Square, which has an abundance of good restaurants. Also, hotel handy for a pick-up point for tours out.

Room 310 - which is located next to a busy railway line , especially , it seemed, at night !! But, Reception staff agreed to re-allocate room the following morning !

Room clean & Comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff helpful. Near Station.

Quite noisy (either from road on one side or railway line on other side). Area highly unattractive. No drinking water, fridge or coffee tea facilities in room. No restaurant in hotel, and some walk to find decent place to eat.

Well located just outside the old city. Not that easy to find but what is in Krakow? Quite modern and pleasant

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Location was excellent, shopping mall, city center and train station near, still quiet location. Would recommend :)

Excellent sized room, big! Good bathroom, excellent breakfast, excellent staff - let us check in early and booked a tour so we didn't have to search and loose time.

A super hotel! Location was perfect, staff extremely helpful and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The young people on breakfast duty were particularly conscientious, constantly replenishing items as necessary, clearing tables the instant guests left and sweeping up any crumbs which had landed on the floor! Any queries at reception were dealt with efficiently and courteously.

The bar and lounge areas are very small. When we came back in the evenings, both tables in the bar were always full and when someone was smoking, it was rather unpleasant. However, there are dozens of lovely bars and restaurants in the town so this was not a major problem as we always had coffee and a liqueur after our meal when we were out.
