Kunne godt lide at " man" følte sig set, der blev altid hilst på en, personalet var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme.Deres morgenmads buffet er bare helt speciel, der var noget nyt hver morgen, et hotel vi kun kan anbefale til andre. |

Hotellet ligger godt placeret nær togstation, indkøbscenter og bymidte. Venligt personale. Flere engelsksprogede tv-kanaler. |

Very friendly reception staff. They even offered me a lunch box to take with me when I could not be there for breakfast on the day I left. Slightly low pressure on hot water in shower. Pillows too thin. My room faced the adjacent railway line, so there was occasional noise from trains after 5 AM if the window was open, but there were only few trains, so it was not a serious problem. Most centrally located hotels will probably have some traffic noise and I prefer sporadic rail noise over constant car noise and car pollution. |

Staff spoke english very well, any questions were answered straight away. Very close to biggest shopping centre and railway station and only a 5 minute walk to the main square. |

the hotel is conveniently located - within walking distance to the train station and old town. it is dark on the streets outside the hotel, would prefer if the streets are well lit.. |

Conveniently near both main railway station and Cracow Square, which has an abundance of good restaurants. Also, hotel handy for a pick-up point for tours out. Room 310 - which is located next to a busy railway line , especially , it seemed, at night !! But, Reception staff agreed to re-allocate room the following morning ! |

Room clean & Comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff helpful. Near Station. Quite noisy (either from road on one side or railway line on other side). Area highly unattractive. No drinking water, fridge or coffee tea facilities in room. No restaurant in hotel, and some walk to find decent place to eat. |

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Location was excellent, shopping mall, city center and train station near, still quiet location. Would recommend :) No water kettle and mini bar in the room. |
