Excellent sized room, big! Good bathroom, excellent breakfast, excellent staff - let us check in early and booked a tour so we didn't have to search and loose time. |

It is really very close to all the famous places which must be seen in Krakow. It has modern, comfortable rooms. Perfect service and helpful staff. |

the front desk staff at this hotel is great. When I got there they gave me a "In Your Pocket - Krakow" Guide. And one of the girls at the front desk told me about her grandfather being at Auschwitz - it made the tour I took the next day more personal. Internet is free (wireless) in the rooms. The location is GREAT - quiet road but a five minute walk gets you to the main square. EXCELLENT! |

A super hotel! Location was perfect, staff extremely helpful and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The young people on breakfast duty were particularly conscientious, constantly replenishing items as necessary, clearing tables the instant guests left and sweeping up any crumbs which had landed on the floor! Any queries at reception were dealt with efficiently and courteously. The bar and lounge areas are very small. When we came back in the evenings, both tables in the bar were always full and when someone was smoking, it was rather unpleasant. However, there are dozens of lovely bars and restaurants in the town so this was not a major problem as we always had coffee and a liqueur after our meal when we were out. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk from the heart of the Old Town but situated in a quiet side street. A really nice small but very professional hotel. Occasional noise from the adjacent railway line. |

the staff were extremely efficient and curteous at all times, they had great local knowledge, gave good clear directions when asked and were very informative. there were no tea making facilities in the room that was the only downside. |

very close to train station and great for access to city centre. good selection of food at breakfast. we asked for a double room but were given a twin, when we asked to be changed there were no other rooms available so this was a bit disappointing. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Excellent location (7 mins from both train station and town square). Rooms and communal areas were very clean. CNN on TV. No noise from train line even though it was close. |

The Ascot Hotel was conveniently situated in walking distance of train/bus station which was 5 mins away. It was also 5 min walk into city centre, market square. The hotel was an ideal base for exploring krakow. It was clean, basic with every thing you need for weekend break. Breakfast was basic but good, plenty of tea coffee and juices and something for every one. More pillows would have been good. There was only one pillow each which were on the thin side and not very comfy. Apart from that it was great. |

We invite you to the new and elegant interior of the Hotel Matejko, an ideally located refuge in the very centre of the city. |
Modern and elegant interiors, a glazed swimming pool with a delightful view of the Old Town, a richly fitted out fitness centre – these are just a few of attractions of Qubus Hotel Kraków. |
Next to Krakow’s wonderful Old Town, Hotel Columbus offers modern, spotlessly clean accommodation and service that is certain to satisfy you as it has so many other guests before you. |
If having old charm, comfort and great hospitality right in the middle of Krakow city is something for you then look no further than Hotel Europejski. |
