２００７年に開業らしく建物も部屋もとても新しくてきれいだった。バスタブはなくシャワーだった。エアコン- はついてたけどスイッチやリモコンの場所がわからなかった。駅から歩いて向かうときに、ホテルまでの街並み- があまりにもボロくて心配になった。旧市街までは近い。 朝食ビュッフェがちょっとさびしい内容だった。 |

駅を出て左側（ショッピングモールの反対側）の陸橋を渡って、そのまままっすぐ進み、つきあたり左側にあり- ます。駅からは10分弱くらい。市内中心部も近く、だいたい歩いてまわれます。フロントに無料インターネッ- トサービスがあり活用させていただきました。シャワーのみのお部屋でしたが、新しく綺麗なホテルです。 |

駅からの徒歩圏内のホテルであったが、アクセスが複雑だった。（歩道橋を渡ったり等）ホテルでの滞在は快適- でした。朝食も必要十分でした。スタッフも良好。旧市街へも徒歩でのアクセス可能、WiFiも無料だったし- 、またこのホテル利用したいです。 |

Staff spoke english very well, any questions were answered straight away. Very close to biggest shopping centre and railway station and only a 5 minute walk to the main square. |

the hotel is conveniently located - within walking distance to the train station and old town. it is dark on the streets outside the hotel, would prefer if the streets are well lit.. |

Conveniently near both main railway station and Cracow Square, which has an abundance of good restaurants. Also, hotel handy for a pick-up point for tours out. Room 310 - which is located next to a busy railway line , especially , it seemed, at night !! But, Reception staff agreed to re-allocate room the following morning ! |

Room clean & Comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff helpful. Near Station. Quite noisy (either from road on one side or railway line on other side). Area highly unattractive. No drinking water, fridge or coffee tea facilities in room. No restaurant in hotel, and some walk to find decent place to eat. |

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Location was excellent, shopping mall, city center and train station near, still quiet location. Would recommend :) No water kettle and mini bar in the room. |
