Готовность персонала к приему туристов, информационное сопровождение гостей, хорошее обслуживание за завтраком. Можно бы оснастить номера холодильниками, аппаратами для чая/кофе, а ванные комнаты - увеличительными зеркалами. |

Это функциональный отель. Нет красивости или особой ауры, но все удобно. Номер аккуратный, современный ремонт. Завтрак-буфет хороший. Вокзал, старый город, королевский замок - все близко, в пределах 5-15 минут пешком. Вечером и ночью тихо, движения по улице Радзивилла, где стоит отель, в это время практически нет. Очень маленький коридорный бар. Низкие подушки - можно было бы положить еще одну. |

Staff spoke english very well, any questions were answered straight away. Very close to biggest shopping centre and railway station and only a 5 minute walk to the main square. |

the hotel is conveniently located - within walking distance to the train station and old town. it is dark on the streets outside the hotel, would prefer if the streets are well lit.. |

Conveniently near both main railway station and Cracow Square, which has an abundance of good restaurants. Also, hotel handy for a pick-up point for tours out. Room 310 - which is located next to a busy railway line , especially , it seemed, at night !! But, Reception staff agreed to re-allocate room the following morning ! |

Room clean & Comfortable. Breakfast good. Staff helpful. Near Station. Quite noisy (either from road on one side or railway line on other side). Area highly unattractive. No drinking water, fridge or coffee tea facilities in room. No restaurant in hotel, and some walk to find decent place to eat. |

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Location was excellent, shopping mall, city center and train station near, still quiet location. Would recommend :) No water kettle and mini bar in the room. |
