Great place to stay while in Krakow. It's excellent value for money and very well located (5 minutes from the bus and main train station). The staff is very friendly. Before going there I read some reviews that the breakfast was serving in the room, but that has now changed. They have a room on the 4th floor and you'll be served a buffet breakfast. It's not a top star hotel, mas it's very well related to the price you pay. |

Good location, easy to find, child friendly. Room 27 was not up to standard. Disappointed by the cleanliness and was nothing like the web site images. |

The hotel was in fact a backpackers. The room was dirty and dark. Only very very basic amenities. The floor in our room needed repair, the bathroom was built by a handy man. The room was not cleaned during our stay. We actually left after one day even though we had paid for 2. The hotel is a disgrace. It is the worst we have ever stayed in. |

The hotel personal was really helpful and nice. The hotel is not a luxus hotel but it's really a good price/quality relation and it's fairly close to the city center, though the street where it's situated doesn't look that good. If you want something more than a hostel but not to spend that much, a really good choice |

I stayed in room 27 (a triple) which was great for our group of 3:myself and 2 teenagers as there was a separate section with one bed and another room with 2 separate beds so no squashing into a double and small child bed.Comfortable beds, kettle and plates in room,no smell of smoke,TV,simple modern decor, breakfast an ample plateful of sliced cooked meats and cheese with salad and lovely fresh bread brought to eat in the room, quiet road and 5-10 minutes from the rear exit of the train station using the tunnel "Magda" i.e. the other side across the platforms from the tunnel which has the ticket kiosks. Nothing really.Just no lift to rooms but ok for us as was on the 1st floor. |

Private parking place. Tea-coffee facilities in the room, breakfast delivered to the room, friendly staff. 0.5 hour walk to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay only (1-2 nights). Very loud noise on the staircases and the yard at night caused by other hotel guests. I think the hotel staff should better watch order and silence at the hotel and remind those noisy that it's not a nightclub. When booking, one should use a credit card, payment cards are not valid for booking purposes. |

Clean and simple but modern hotel. Staff friendly and english speaking. Perfect for young budget travellers, you get what you pay for: clean room, double bed, TV, internet ( signal a bit weak but usable), parking, close to the city center. The breakfast: you get to choose from 4 types (standard, vegan, light and kids) and it is delivered in your room at the hour between 8 -10. We picked the standad one which is simple (each of us got a platter with ham, cheese, butter, yougourt, tomato slices and bread) but enough to start the day. In the room you get cups, glasses, a kettle and instant coffee and tea. Bathroom new, big and clean, with a shower cabin. No refrigerator in the room; it is not essential but it would be useful. A small table to put your luggage when you unpack. The bathroom could use at least a small cupboard or a shelf where to put your things. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tried to make our stay very nice. The coffee pot in our room had some hair in it, and the beds were not very comfortable |
