I missed the atmosphere, no activities organised by hostel and it was quite empty.. but its probably also because of the time when i was travelling around.
It was okay, view to garden, big common facilities.
I'd rather avoid that place in the future. I was tired and wanted to rest, but kept asking other guests to keep silent in the night. Parties finished just around 2 am.
Staff, room and bed very good.
The amazing living room!
The wi-fi didn't work most of the time in the bedroom and sometimes in the common area, but it was very bad in both cases.
I liked very much the Atlantis Hostel.People from the staff are very nice and friendly, it's very close to the old town, restaurants, clubs, pubs, bus and train station and public transport.
The free WiFi had a perfect signal, the bed was very comfortable. In general, the hostel was perfect, everything was clean.
That is the second time I book this hostel, mainly because of the location and the price, ans for sure because of the good ambient there's in. It's also really clean hostel and convenient with the facilities offered.
The wifi sucks. Quite cold in the hostel.
Staffs are awesome. The common area is nice.
Bad w. f .. cold rooms. .. bad staff and not friendly at all
poor internet connection.
It was one of the best trips I've made! Hostel accommodation was nice. Friendly staff always smiling and trying to help you. Dorms are ok. Beds are comfortable but pillow wasn't good. Kitchen and rest area are awesome! this is the best place in whole hostel where you can hung out with all those people from different parts of the world all day long while its raining))
Cold water in the showers on the 3rd floor (maybe due to renovation works? but still, it was quite cold)
Position, staff, atmosphere
Walls to thin. U can hear your neighbours even when they whisper.
Everything ok except the staircase. Hope they renovate it soon. Staff helpful. Kitchen clean and well-equipped. Rooms ok.
opposite the jewish quarter, a very beautiful place to stay and enjoy krakow. everywhere is very clean, rooms are so fresh. very enjoyable common area i could spent my whole day in this hostel instead of going out.
i suspect that the owner is buying back its empty rooms and writing good reviews for itself. the rooms and shared bathrooms are nothing like what is shown in the pictures. the pictures show modern and new rooms. but turns out its shabby and old. there is NO hot water for shower. wifi is unable to connect. you have to make the bed yourself. bedsheet dirty with coffee stain and blood stain. heater doesnt work. room cold. small kitchen. also walls very thin, can hear other rooms people talking for the whole night. street noisy. i really have no idea why this hostel deserves such high rating. i am not choosy at all and have been living in many hostels but this is by far the worst.
the fact that it was really in krakow. it is the only thing that matches with what is shown on the web. there are day tours to book at the hostel (pickup and dropoff at hostel) which is convenient, but much more expensive than outside.
The heating in January was now very good. It was a bit cold during the night. I had to sleep with my sweatpants on.
Location Room size Cleanliness Staff Price
The room smelled of whiskey, but no so strongly. On the eve it was New Year party I think:)
Good and big kitchen with free tea and cofee, milk. Closed door on the floor with password code, very good location near historical centre, clean room, english speaking personal and cute girls on reception)
WiFi was not working during all our stay due to some technical issues...
Fair price; 6 ppl room with own bathroom - just great; close everywhere; extra bed option.
WiFi was very poor, we don' t know why, bu we couldn't use it almost at all.
Great location, very friendly stuff, very clean rooms and bathroom, full of young people from all over the world, really great atmosphere. Wouldn't mind coming back.
The walls were very thin and the security lock for our section of the hostel didn't function.
Great location in between the old Jewish quarter and the historic city center. The common area and kitchen were very comfortable and large enough that I never felt crowded.
- hot water stopped while taking a shower - no elevators - code for the lock to each floor is wrong on the given paper slip - only 1-2 toilets and showers per entire floor - someone were smoking in the rooms but they should not allowed to - kitchen was somewhat untidy and the fuse was broken - staff was a bit unhelpful towards inquiries about sightseeing
- good location
Very good location, very clean, great atmosphere.
Wifi strength is very poor at my room.
Kitchen with many equipments besides free coffee and tea is great. Common room is a very friendly place where you can meet new friends. Location is very close to Jewish Quarter and Old Town but 25 minutes to main train station by walk.
Cheap, good room and view
Staff wasn't the most helpful. They threw out our food in the fridge, despite that it had our name and date of check out on it and when we asked them they said it wasn't their problem, which upset us both. Common kitchen was a bit dirty, as was the common room.
Plugs at every bed and very spacious rooms. Close walk to all the major attractions. Kitchen had tea and coffee for everyone to use which was nice.
The WiFi was horrible. I coud use it just for a few minutes before it was gone. I don't undarstand toilets and showers with windows on the doors, because it's uncomfortable to be there wher others can see you.
I liked personal, rooms were nice and comfortable.
Can be a bit noisy sometimes, no wifi on the rooms
The staff, the bed, the kitchen (coffe, milk, cereal, tea etc. available all day), the common room, 24h reception, staff is very kind and helpfull, they let me stay there until I left from the airport ant late night, after my check out at 10AM
